Buy a Lazyspa

Where do i start.
June 2019. Spa purchased. Set up. working fine
August 2019. Heater failed.
October 2019. Heater replacement arrived that I had to pay for as 3 month warranty on parts. Scam warranty
March 2020. Heater fitted as spa dismantled for winter
March 2020. Error code E4.
April 2020. Complete unit sent back to Mspa for diagnosis.
May 2020. Advised heater faulty. No warranty on heater again as only 3 months. Scam warranty. I had to pay for a new heater again
June 2020. Unit returned and spa set up again. now 1400 litres of water used.
June 2020. Error code E4 illuminated. Images and Video sent. Mspa scratching heads as not seen before.
June 2020. unit returned for more testing.
November 2020. A brand new complete pump-assy and display sent after legal threats.
March 2021. Spa set up again after the winter dismantling. Spa inflated. Now LEAKING at a seam so no good. Now for sale as Mspa have the worst customer service in the world and the director ignores any communication from you.
