This app is amazing and the trainer is fantastic! Not only does he constantly listen to feedback on the app and it gets better all the time. He provides advice and feedback that is realistic and down to earth. I've worked with trainers before and it's all about the hustle but Tay understands we have a life and is willing to push you to be your best when you can and lift the pressure when he knows life is getting crazy. It makes it easy to always keep it going and make sure you train a lifestyle not just a temporary habit.

Been working with Taylor for a couple years now. I've fallen off the wagon a couple times and find my way back every time. Sometimes it's easy to let accountability slide when you have other stuff going on. I forget I'm no longer in my early 20s with loads of free time. Taylor's programming gives you a little bit of freedom/adjustment while also providing structure and accountability. The best part, he's been the out of shape and overweight guy that a lot of guys working with him are or have also been; he speaks from experience, and is proof that you can do it too. Nothing against the 150lb personal trainer types that have been at least mildly in shape their whole lives, but they don't have the kind of first hand perspective that Taylor does!

That He Life provides the structure required to build discipline with food and exercise. Taylor’s approach teaches the essential habits required to lose weight, gain strength, and create the body you want. Absolutely recommend!

I’ve worked with Taylor a couple of times. He’s not just a knowledgeable trainer, he’s a power house of motivation. If you’re looking for someone who isn’t just a genetically gifted human and actually understands what it’s like to transform your body and health then you have found them.

I’ve been on/off diets for decades. Because of Coach Taylor’s program, this is the first time I’ve ever truly succeeded. It’s what I’m learning (and unlearning) that’s made the difference. Coach Taylor is the perfect balance between mercy/grace while still being assertive & holding me accountable. This man has changed my life. I’ve lost almost 30 pounds but that’s a side benefit. I actually enjoy this way of life, I feel healthier by the day, I never feel deprived, & I never dread participating in his program. He’s always there to listen & available when needed. In a few short months (it would’ve been faster if I had listened right away) Coach Taylor helped me unravel decades-old bad habits & learn new self-sustaining ones. One quick one, I’ve been drinking a gallon of sweet tea with 2 cups of sugar every day since I was 10. I don’t crave it anymore, & I’m down to only 16 oz a day with half the sugar!! I don’t even drink it every day anymore!!!

I've been using the program for 8 months and it has absolutely made me leaner, stronger and I've lost a considerable amount of weight. (Approaching 50 lb). Those things alone are a huge positive... but the most important changes have come from the coaching, accountability, and discipline that has finally made fitness a regular part of my life. I'm stronger and healthier at 53 than I have been in 25 years. I am so glad I connected with Taylor.

Taylor is an amazing coach! This App and Program have been key in helping with my fitness transformation. I have been working with Taylor since 2022 through 2 injuries, 3 surgeries, and he’s helping me to make progress after getting back on my feet. I can’t recommend his program enough!!
