This is a horrible company with even…

This is a horrible company with even more horrible customer service. I ordered several pairs of polo wraps. They ended up being too small for what their intended purchase was for. All of them are unopened and unused. No return policy is available. They just simple denied.

*buyer beware* I ordered an equine nebulizer ($500+) when the package arrived the instructions clearly state this is for goats and other small animals with allergies. I reordered the larger equine nebulizer ($700+). Their return policy clearly states a 30 day refund. the company refuses to provide a refund even though my request was made the same day i recieved the original order. apparently they only offer store credit (not stated anywhere online), which they won't apply to my new purchase because they say they already processed the new order.

DO NOT buy from this company

DO NOT buy from this company. The customer service is terrible!!! They do not adhere to their return policy. They become non-responsive when you report wanting to return an item even if it is in the return window that they state on their website. There have been multiple bad reviews with them doing just this. Big warning!!!!

Place an online order for 3 gallons of DMSO was told that it was $29.99 a gallon online made the purchase never received my product responded about 2 weeks later and said they'd made a mistake on the pricing on the on their internet price and would not be able to honor it I waited for 6 weeks and no resolution no DMSO and they wouldn't honor the price not even a little bit wouldn't even wouldn't even consider it I wouldn't do business with this company ever again it's too bad

Wouldnt trust this company

We ordered a saddle and it did come. The saddle did not fit or work for our horse. So we attempted to return the saddle. We called, emailed, and attempted to use the return form on their site. We tried to contact them for weeks, texting got one response that they were sorry and would get the return label sent. This never happened. We ended up sending it back ourselves and claiming fraud on our credit card. Not worth the hassle.

Update: absolute SCAM.

***Update**** luckily my order was only $14 but this company is an absolute scam. A quick google search yielded their “about me” page with their executives. All very canned bios with AI photos. I searched every executive they listed on this page, absolutely none showed up on any social media, and I challenge you to find a small e-commerce company that isn’t expanding their digital presence. I’m in this industry and I know e-commerce. Do not buy from them.

ORD#6333 customer service is terrible

Terrible user experience regarding a back ordered item. Other than the initial notification of back order, and a suggestion to choose a different color that is in stock, I have had no human interaction, all my responses and follow ups generate the same automated response from all emails. Cancel this order and refund my money please. (That’s on my latest response that will undoubtedly generate the same

Returns

I bought a baker sheet, defective.sent emails no response. If you sell something back it up. No customer service. Horrible business. Glad to see i am not the only one who is being ignored.

duster oil skin coat

Ive had the chance to wear this coat 2 times all day in the rain.. It repels water very well.. also the material keeps the cold out as well. The only thing Im not happy with is they size the coat to small.. I always wear a xxl so that is what i ordered.. the coat is a little tight so I cant wear too much under it, such as a sweat jacket is all I can fit in and the legs dont wrap over legs when sitting on my tractor.. just too tight... I wish I knew the size was off and would have ordered a size larger than what Im used too.. Texas saddles should check into the coat size being off..

If I could leave -5 star review I would. I am trying to return hay bags and have done the same as the others. I sent several texts, emails, and website return link. I did get an email from "Patrick" telling me they lost their customer service employee and he would get back to me. It's been three weeks and I still haven't heard from him.

Customer service was aweful

Customer service was aweful. My order got placed on backorder and any time I would email I would not get a response or a delayed response that wouldn't answer my question. I called once and was told the team would have to call me back abd they never did. Finally got a response to substitute my item for one in stocks and that one was shipped within a week and appears to be a good saddle we have not used it yet. The cince that came with it however was to thick and had to be replaced.
