They take your money and send no test. They didn't even send a tracking number (it was probably never dispatched).
Phone number rings through no matter what time of day you call.
If you're lucky, you get a generic reply to your email which doesn't help whatsoever.

I paid for a test to be sent last Thursday (they say it takes 2 to 3 working days), they sent me a receipt and a tracking number, it's now the following Tuesday. When I enter the tracking number into the royal mail tracking page, they say they have no information and to try tomorrow, I tried contacting these people, and it's impossible, all I got was an email saying they would get back to me in a day or 2 (but I'm trying to unlock before Christmas), you can't talk to them on the phone, nothing. I don't know if the problem is Royal Mail or these people, but frankly, they shouldn't be using Royal Mail, we all know how incompetent they are, and they should chase it up for me.
