Very good price, very good service, zero issues. I feel special knowing that some supposedly smart people have not moved to Tello despite my raving about it. They think it's too cheap not to be a scam. The thing is, they're the same smart friends that used to scream "it is 100% safe and effective".

2 years of complete frustration… Tello is a joke!

I've had Tello for 2 years for myself and 4 family members. It’s been a nonstop nightmare. Constantly slow or no data, hotspot barely works, and even with Wi-Fi it shows "connected" but no internet. I just paid my bill and added extra—still nothing works.

This network is trash. We're only still here because we haven’t had time to switch, but we’re done. Tello has wasted our time, money, and patience. Avoid at all costs.

My iphone suddenly needed service …

My iphone suddenly needs service while I’m traveling overseas, and the service folks asked me to make sure my Esim is backed up. I couldn’t find my original package, and Apple has no procedure for doing that. So, I contacted Tello via the app to find out what to do. They gave me crystal clear instruction via email within 30 minutes. Then, I saw in the procedure that I needed my security PIN, which I forgot long ago. I contacted them again in the app, and within minutes I got clear instructions to follow and I got a new PIN! Thanks to Dana and all the customer service team at Tello. I’m never disappointed.

My whole family has used Tello for years. Not only does Tello have the best prices , but they also have by far the best customer service in the industry. Phone support reps are friendly, fast, efficient and very knowledgeable, unlike with the big boys these days.

Simple, NO HASSLES, Less than Ten Bucks

I LOVE Tello. I am NOT addicted to my "phone," in fact, I really kinda hate the dang thing. I have NO INTEREST in paying tons of money for services I DO NOT USE. Tello to the Rescue! For $10 a month I have unlimited phone and text. I need nothing else and I have none of the hassles I had with the major carriers!
