If i could give a 0 star i would. Received a faulty item, contacted them for a return like they state on the return policy. Even sent proof of the faulty item. Now being ignored. Anyone thinking of ordering from here SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Don't buy from this company I bought a phone case it came damaged, sent email with pictures of damage their customer service email said they would be in touch within 48 hours 3 weeks later they send email asking if I want a replacement 4 weeks later I get a screen protector in the post now they won't answer my emails

Absolute scam, advertise a phone case that's completely safe with a door on front to case it in, what you get is a flexible plastic cheap thing that only covers back of phone

I cancelled my order almost immediately & bought a different item. I wrote to 2 different email addresses but received no response from either.
The items arrived & I asked for the return address & a refund. I was told my parcel was dispatched before I requested the refund/cancellation. Don't think that's quite right.
I was offered half the refund & keep the item as the postage cost them too much. I paid for the postage & I requested the full refund. I then opened a dispute on PayPal.
The company never communicated with me via the PayPal dispute. All contact was made via their customer service. I was told over & over to close the dispute & I would receive the refund. First within 48hrs, then 24hrs, then immediately. I told them under no circumstances would I be closing the dispute until it is resolved. The replies from the company started to get manipulative, the dispute is affecting our workers. Then they were completely rude - I've told you you will get the refund when you close the dispute, I don't see why you are still complaining.
I escalated the dispute through PayPal & stopped communicating with the company. When the case was closed in my favour I received my refund almost immediately.

Cheap tat! Not worth 50 pence!! No customer service, absolute robbers!!!

Appalling company selling overpriced tat. I purchased via Tiktok who stated that the orders aren't actually through them they are just an advertisement base & they can't help. The goods take weeks to arrive because they come from China, my order appears to have travelled the world. Their customer service is none existent, you can message via their website form and you can email but you'll either get no reply or a message saying they have replied when they haven't!! What they advertise is not what you get what you end up with is a very cheap plastic version which can be purchased from a local market for a quarter of the price. I've considered returning the phone cases as the cost was over £30 but tbh I can forsee a lot of hassle even just trying to communicate this to a company that has little to no respect for their consumers.
Silly of me not to check reviews as I usually do but I got swayed by a swanky advert, lesson learned.

Purchased a phone case supposed to be shatterproof. Arrived and broken. Have opened a PayPal dispute to get refund and they are personally emailing me telling me to close the case then they will refund and if I don't its deadlock, they won't do anything. The fact they have to go to PayPal to refund amd the case auto closes seems to be irrelevant to them. Do not trust. Cheap products that are not cheap to buy!
