Wouldn’t give me a refund unless I erased my bad review
Well i was sent an email that I’ll attach below, they said that they in fact did make a mistake in the description and would be glad to issue a refund just as soon as I delete my honest bad review and give them a 5 star review. That is so incredibly unprofessional and just wrong!! That’s blackmail to get a refund that’s ridiculous

Very great on the returning
I bought a portable blender and it worked fine when I first time used it. However, it did not work when I used it again. I contacted the Tech Xploit through the email. They responded me quickly with a question. After I responded their question, they told me they are going to send a replacement for me. Tech xploit was very responsive and I really liked the way they handled with the return of my blender.
