Order a refurbished Apple Watch Red…
Order a refurbished Apple Watch Red Sport band. What I received was half of the band as an Apple product and the other half of the band was not. The bands were two different shades of red. I reached out to their customer service via email on two occasions and never received a response. I would appreciate a response from the company to resolve the issue in either receiving the other half of the Apple product band or a return/refund.

Don’t purchase from Techmint. Go through Amazon!
Once I purchased my computer, Techmint would not answer my questions or even communicate with me. Apparently I have a one year warranty and I have no idea how I would even get a hold of them. They list absolutely no phone numbers to contact them. My Mac computer was advertised as refurbished but I’m not sure even that was done. I’d tell anyone who would ask, don’t purchase a refurbished anything from this company. Go through Amazon instead!!!

Lousy/Non-existent Customer Service
Use this outfit at your peril. I purchased an Apple wallet that is supposed to attach magnetically to the back of an iPhone. Surprise, surprise the magnets were faulty. I must have e-mailed,messaged (through the website), and called the invisible Techmint customer service department at least ten times for a solution or return. Surprise, surprise no response. Finally had to file a complaint with my credit card company who immediately resolved the issue. These folks are the used car salesmen of the electronics business - take your business elsewhere.
