Problem resolved, but scammy approach
Two stars because my issue was ultimately resolved. I was referred to Techify from HP's support website to help resolve an issue with my printer not connecting. After 30 minutes of going back and forth with someone who was remotely working in my computer and trying to sell me a completely unrelated service, I spent another 30 minutes with a technician actually fixing the printer problem.
I was pleased with the fact that my problem was ultimately resolved; however, at the end of the call, I was pressured to leave a 5 star review on Trustpilot, with my service technician actually selecting the 5 stars and submitting on my behalf despite the fact that I repeatedly said I would submit a (non-coerced) review. I think it's really shady that a technician who is remotely accessing your computer would select a rating/review on your behalf for you to submit.
Ultimately I might have chosen to pay for the extra services if they hadn't been presented in such a non-transparent way, and if my time hadn't been wasted for a full half hour. And even despite that, I might have left a higher rated review if my technician had not taken steps to submit a 5 star review on my behalf. But ultimately, I would not use this service again, and if this is the type of vendor that HP is outsourcing their services to, I would reconsider buying an HP in the future after this experience.

John called me. John was very flat but became very rude and argumentative when I asked for some verification of who he was and an invoice for the services he provided. I did not feel safe in providing and of my bank information to him for payment. I asked for an invoice where I could send a check. I asked for a supervisor and he got even uglier. He said I just didn't want to pay him Just because the longer I talked with him the more uncomfortable he made me feel.

I want to thank Mr. Ivan Gonzalez that took the time to get my printer working again. I can't tell you how lost I was in this matter. I had done all I could do to follow the tips I found online.
