As a customer I read reviews as part of my purchase process/research for just the right item for my needs. The product is important but just as important to me is the trustworthiness of the seller and if they will stand behind their product/promises/warranty. Tech Armor is that seller with a great product.
I found this seller/company to have the quality product I wanted and provide the support I needed.
The screen protector did crack (after VERY long use) on my S21 and needed replacing. The phone survived the "cracking"incident (thanks to the Tech Armor screen protector) but unfortunately, and to my disappointment Tech Armor no longer made the S21 size and I had to try another company until I replaced my phone. (I should mention that that company had no warranty and I have gone through several screen protectors with their product) Fast forward nearly 2 years to when I got a new phone. Tech Armor made good their warranty and sent me screen protectors for it (Samsung s21ultra) at no charge.
Tech Armor sells a great quality product and backs up their product with the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure to experience. To find a quality product backed by a quality seller/company is a rarity. Tech Armor has both product quality and great customer service.
You definitely won't be sorry if you give their company and their screen protectors a try.

Great family of products. I was told about Tech Armor from my brother. I thought I would give them a try for the screen protector and Camera lens protector on a new cell phone. It has been a great purchase. I would highly recommend the products. The customer service is very responsive. They have clearly answered all the questions that I have asked, and have been very helpful. Super Screen cover and Lens protector. The cleaning kit is great investment

The response to my issue was prompt and immediate. The representative Paul followed through on what he promised.
The screen savers fit properly, incredible packaging and easy to understand instructions made the experience very easy.

The tape attached to my screen protectors that is used to help install them left behind significant glue that could not be removed. An obvious manufacturing flaw. I am avoiding this company’s products in the future given this basic inability to manufacture properly.

This product is excellent! I've used it in the past on my other phones and they are always cut precisely to fit - I never had an issue. Now the newer phones have a beveled screen edge which makes protecting a bit more difficult, but Tech Armor still does an excellent job in spite of that. Keep up the great work. I've never been too excited about a product that would cause me to write a review, but the phone screen protectors that you manufacture are awesome!

I've been using Tech Armour screen protectors for at least 15 years. They're the only ones I've used on my Iphones due to their quality and value. Tech Armour stands by their products and provides the best customer service - timeliness of responses, communication, instructions, etc. Any issues and they take care of it. I won't go anywhere else for my screen protectors.

I am so grateful for these screen protectors and how they have saved my phone on numerous occasions. Their lifetime warranty and replacements are great and so is their customer service.
