The onboarding process with Tebra is well thought out and informative. The pace is tailored to your practice-specific needs. The instructor/moderator is well-versed in product components and answers questions thoroughly. We are only on week 2 of 5 and agreed to accelerate the pace so we can begin using the product quickly. Overall, this has been an excellent experience. I will recommend this product to other clients in need of an EHR solution.

The new prescribing platform is a mess

Tebra makes updates in the background that significantly negatively impact the workflow of our medical practice and provide no added benefit.

As an example, the company recently changed its prescribing platform and went from having a really nice, elegant prescribing experience to one that takes up more than a page of screen real estate, is poorly laid out, and requires scrolling all around to prescribe one simple medication.

It's a literal disaster. The people creating these changes seem to have no understanding of how a prescription is written or what is useful. It's very frustrating.
