This company doesn’t even deserve a review. I bought one of the resin water fountains off Amazon, it clearly says it comes with a manufacturer 30 day warranty. After 3 weeks the pump stopped working. I called teamson and was asked to send proof of the purchase. I sent them proof of the purchase and then was told because I bought it from Amazon that they could not honor the warrantee. This company does not stand behind their products and could care less about customer satisfaction. They should not be in business.

Unfortunately, the product in question was purchased from an Amazon Resale. As such, we are unable to verify how it was stored, handled, or whether it may have been previously used, which places it outside the scope of our warranty policy.
Also, according to Amazon’s resale policy (https://www.amazon.com/b?node=10158976011), products sold by Amazon Resale or marked as “used” generally do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. Quick response and shipment of a missing part
My order of 4 Tier Cascading Bowl Solar Fountain (RJ-23062N) through Amazon came with a missing adapter piece at the end of tubing. I emailed to Teamson's support team explaining the situation with photos. To my surprise, I got email response back almost immediately. Even though it has been more than 30 days (passed warranty time), the Teamson's Customer Care mailed me the adaptor piece within days. I am very happy with the support I received in timely and courteous manner.

Cabinet Purchase, Excellent Service
We recently purchased a bathroom cabinet. Some of the directions were hard to understand as there were illustrations but nothing in writing. We called Teamson and was given outstanding guidance from Peter. He was absolutely amazing. Great service and we love our cabinet.

In addition, I want to thank you for being so accommodating over what is such a small piece that needed to be replaced. I absolutely love this lamp and I was fearful that I would not be able to use it again.
