I have bought four fibreglass planters, and from each order placed and delivered, the customer service provided has been excellent.
Any queries or advice I have asked has promptly been answered.
The planters themselves are very good quality, well made and look great in situ.

I cannot praise the customer service enough. Nothing was too much trouble, they even put extra drainage holes in the planters for me. The planters are of excellent quality and have made such a wonderful addition to my garden, gaining admiration from both friends and neighbours.

The website was very user-friendly, describing very clearly the differences between the different steels and how long they would last. The range of size possibilities must surely cover every possible requirement even before looking at bespoke orders. Once the order was placed, everything happened faster than all the indicated times. And the couriers, who only had to deliver kerb side, without a word of complaint carried the heavy planters through the basement kitchen into the back garden An ace service

I have used Taylor Made Planters for 3 separate orders since 2018 - The first in Essex for 3 large fibreglass planters used in a complete garden makeover; the second in Somerset for another 2 planters in early 2021 to help in establishing a new garden, and the third in 2023 for another 4 much larger planters as we started on phase 2 of our new garden. I then placed a smaller, separate order for 6 self watering 'pots' . Without exception, the advice, products, service and delivery on all orders have been exemplary. Orders have arrived as scheduled and very well packed to ensure no damage during transit. I shall shortly be placing a further order to complete the planters in this garden. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and their products.

I needed some bespoke planters for my house renovation project. Carl was extremely helpful, particularly in suggesting a small change to dimensions that saved me a considerable amount of money by being more efficient by avoiding cutting materials.
The planters were delivered bang on time. They look fantastic, and are weathering nicely.

I love terracotta planters, a challenge living in Scotland. I found out about this website whilst looking for frost proof pots. I now have three beautiful large containers that have coped with our weather extremes. I found the delivery process extremely efficient, my items were large and heavy; all arrived safely and undamaged.

We used Taylor Made Planters for a project in Winchester. They were the only company that could do what we needed (bespoke planters for a public realm project) and they did exactly what we asked of them. The results were great and have received lots of positive feedback.

Unlike other planter sellers, this company offered to make exactly what i wanted for a garden makeover project. Communication about what was included (nuts and bolts), delivery times and price was very clear and cheaper than other similar companies. I received a call to arrange delivery in the timeframe agreed - 8 weeks from order to manufacture- and courier arranged. Very polite helpful interactions with all staff. Very happy with my large cylindrical steel planter. Would use this company again without hesitation.

It is now coming up to 12 weeks since I ordered an expensive cedar planter, they quote that it may take 4-6wks however 8wks in spring/summer. I am at 12 wks and STILL no delivery and haven't received any communication or updates. You can't contact them as they have prevented the use of the telephone route and advise sending email. They may reply and advise how fabulous their products are, shame about their atrocious service and communications.
