I have been a TAS customer for 10 + years. I was scammed by an imitation website preying on TAS’s reputations. David from TAS collected the information and shut down the website and offered to help me with a discounted order for having been a long term customer. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

I payed and lost my money, and tas.bio dont reply on my mail… the packing got seized and the PROMISE garanted delivere - but its a NOT true.. and just ghost You When You mail the for the resend..👎👎👎👎👎

On the other hand, just attempting to get this review entered, was a MAJOR hassle!!! I happen to live where there is zero cell service, so no useable cell phone. I have a land line. Nevertheless, I attempted to take a pic of my license (to prove I was a real person) SIX TIMES and then it finally booted me!! I really didn't think this review would be accepted! You would think that it would be a little simplier to just leave a frickin review! It's not like I'm attempting to be a sercet service agent or something!!!!!!

The shopping experience on TAS is fantastic.
The products are of excellent quality and with a wide choice.
The only comment I can make, which does not affect the shopping experience in the slightest, indeed I confirmed the 5 stars, is the website deserves to be modernized. There is some dated information, some pages don't open, etc., but we're talking about classic nitpicking.
David offers fantastic customer service. During my recent experience, I struggled a bit with the payment because I had to place two different orders to make the payment. David was always super courteous and super-fast with support and my order arrived very quickly, without any hitch.
