Don't buy from here, all they have is tricky wording and garbage products
Do not do business with this company, they play word games, sell cheap garbage at way over price, I ordered heavy duty, the tarp you sent was 3 times the cost for a similar but better made tarp at harbor freight and it's not what I call heavy duty !!! The tarp I bought won't last thru the summer!!! I was wrong, your tarp isn't even the same good quality as harbor freight has, yours is ,12x12 weave, theirs, which is a third the cost, is 14x14 weave, I'm very disappointed ! I will tell everyone about how you do business!!

I wish it was a little thicker though. I already haveone hole poked thru while adjusting the tarp from a wayward stick poking it.

BAD PRODUCT-misleading!!!
We ordered a tarp for your deck canopy.( as is advertised) There were photos on their website showing deck canopies that looked perfect-NO SEAMS ARE SHOWN.
However, when we ordered ours, the fabricated canopy had FOUR seams that look HORRIBLE. When I contacted this company and asked them to remake the canopy with less seams- they declined. Do not order from them! The customer service gentleman, Brad was very nice but could not provide what I requested. Bad quality product for a deck canopy. It looks terrible!!!

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry the canopy didn’t meet your expectations. Our material comes in rolls approximately 61 inches wide, so seams are necessary for larger canopies. At least three seams are required for a tarp measuring 14’8” x 11’10”. The photo on our website is taken from an angle where seams may not be visible. Our production team reviewed the images for this order and confirmed that the tarp was made to industry standards. As a gesture of customer service, we issued a partial refund to resolve the matter. We appreciate your input and will continue to improve our operations.

I wish I could give this company zero stars.
I bought 2, 50x100 (12mil) ($1350) heavy duty tarps for covering the sports (baseball) fields..one of them was defective with deformation right in the middle of tarps, upon contacting them the owner rightway refused to accept it, then later on sent a repair tape to patch it up. Before I even applied this tape, we had another heavy shower with winds, and while pulling the tarps on the ground, the tarp split in half, leaving our fields exposed in the middle of the rain. When I reported this incident to the company, there was no communication. Not worth spending money if you are looking for a quality product. There are many other tarp vendors who can offer better rates for better products.
