Great customer service

I advised Tacticon of the problem and once they had verified legit purchase they warranteed the product with no problem. This kind of customer service gives me the confidence to buy from these guys again and again.

Great Experience!

Great experience - Nikki did a great job! The company responded to my request for service and Nikki did a great job helping me replace parts that were under warranty while also fixing my compressor. She made great recommendations regarding insulation as well. Highly reccomend!

I found these guys on YouTube

I found these guys on YouTube, found out they made products, also found out they are quality products for a good price, what’s priceless is the costumer service, had an issue with a product do to my fault and they helped me out anyway. I will be buying from them in the future. Thanks tacticon!

I haven't received the product yet. Can't rate it if I don't have it. (Updated 2025-06-11) Despite the below response, I received the following by contacting Subsecond directly: "Thanks for reaching out. In response to your question to Jeff. Your order is sitting at an 8 week lead time. It looks like it will ship in mid July. Once we print the shipping label you will receive an email with the tracking information."

You can't go wrong buying from Tacticon

You cant go wrong buying from this company. I have multiple types of items on several firearms and have had many co workers and team members buy these sights over the years just by showing them the benefits. And you can't do any better than their customer service if you ever have any issues, which is VERY rare. Their reflex sight, Predator V2 holds zero on service weapons and recreational constantly. Since I've had the V2 I have never had to adjust it once. Fantastic. The flip up sights also work great and I haven't had one issue yet after years.

I ordered a Tacticon Apex Falcon 1-6…

I ordered a Tacticon Apex Falcon 1-6 FFP scope based on great cust. svc reviews and DAV owned store. Ordered thru Amazon in 8/24, for whitetail season in late Dec. Plans fell through and I forgot about it. Never mounted it or reg. warranty. Went to put it on 4/29/25, and found that the magnification function didn't work, so filed a warranty claim.
Rec'd a reply early next morning, requesting pics & proof of purchase. Sent all that back and a short time later rec'd reply saying they would replace the scope and, I could keep the other one for parts!!! Well the wrong scope was sent due to similar model #,(my fault), but after 1 more email, the correct replacement is on the way!!! I was expecting at least a little push back or frustration at every turn, but the CS Rep. Becca, was super prompt on all emails which saved at least a wk. in communication time, compared to other experiences I've had. As far as I'm concerned these things happen, but what happens after the fact is what really makes a difference!!! New scope is on the way and should be here in a few days and I have the other one for parts. Could have been a whole lot worse!!! It's an unfortunate turn of events for both myself and Tacticon, but hopefully this experience will help anyone with after purchase, customer svc. concerns. I'll be doing business with these folks again, with full confidence that I'm in good hands if anything should happen...and yes they did apologize!!! Will update when I get the new scope.
