I ordered a fan hat from Amazon never got it. Figured i go with someone else for better shipping. As soon as I get shipping notification I see it's coming from China. WTH. Is nothing made here in America now. I figured a company called Tactical World wold be here. No it's not. Still haven't got it.

One star is too many for this outfit. Absolute disgrace. Paid for a rucksack which never arrived. No response to two emails regarding this. Effectively stole my money, AVOID this company, do not get ripped off like I did, appalling.

Bunch of scammers, bought the Archion ix9 shirt and trousers. Not only did it take a month to arrive but they sent 2 shirts instead of the 1 shirt and pair of trousers. Emailed them and they said I can keep the second shirt at a discounted price and they'll send trousers. It's been well over a month since then and nothing from them. I'll be filling a charge back with the bank and putting in a not so kindly worded complaint with the UK trade and business commission.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Ordered Archeon lightweight pants in 34×34 and when I received they were two sizes too small. I get it, not everything is true to size. So I reach out by email and ask if I can return and they offer to exchange which is ok and I tell them yes that's fine. 9 hours later and repeated emails and still no answer. Will not be shopping here anymore and I wouldn't if I were you either.

SCAM!!! My item came broken. When I asked for a return label/ refund and sent a picture, they have only given me the wrap around. Keeps repeating themselves asking if they can send a replacement hat. I have replied back over 15 TIMES saying no, I just want to return it. I’m going insane!!! AVOID THEM

Tactical World store assured I would have my items by Father’s Day. I ordered them days before Father’s Day and they still have not arrived and today is June 29th. I cannot give you a review of the product, but I will certainly edit this when it comes in. I would like to think because I’ve waited this long and had to buy additional presents for my father, and father-in-law they’re gonna be top-notch. However, I’m certainly hesitant to think it’s going to be a gift, I could even give someone.

What a scam, do not buy from this company. The products look of high standard on the website and when purchased there postage was 2 to 3 working days. Not realising this item was actually being shipped from China taking 2 weeks to arrive. Once I received the item it was of poor quality, the wrong size and colour. When I emailed them to say I received the wrong size and the quality was very poor, they offered me a 20% refund and to keep the item to give as a gift to someone. Well I wanted this item as a gift but its not suitable and they said there sizing come up small from a Large to a 2xl really! No where states on the website that you need to up size!! Anyway emailed them back and then got blocked so yes great service and awful product. Don't buy from them.

I can only add to what so many others have that gave this shocking and sub-par company a one star review also. Wrong item was sent out and in the wrong size! Then I get the "we'll give you a 20% refund" response to my initial email and then nothing since from these scammers. How these jokers are allowed to operate is beyond me so do yourself a favour and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I wish I had done research on this company prior to ordering from them. Their products look decent so I ordered two pairs of pants from them for $55. Three weeks later I got one pair of pants, the wrong size and I contacted them for Reimbursement. They did not respond. Their phone numbers don’t work. I told them that one of the pairs of pants was missing in my order as well. A day later they responded with, “we determine that both pairs of pants were sent.“ I wrote them back telling them that they’re a scam and contacted my Visa company and I’m currently waiting to see the results. This is a horrible, illegitimate, scamming company.

I have used this company multiple times for various items. Shipping does take a bit with as far as it travels, but that is expected. All the products have been really good quality. My last order was mixed up and sent to a different place. I reached out to TWS and they were quick to get another order shipping to me! Thankful for this company

Shipping took way to long. When I received the pants they were the wrong color. I emailed them to resolve the issue and they told me I ordered green but sent a picture of Grey pants. The rest was in a different language (Chinese I assume).

When I received my tracking info, the product ships from China. I ordered Urban Pro Stretch Tactical pants, size 38x36 in charcoal. I received motorcycle jeans, size M/30 in black. When I contacted the company. They said this is not their product and did not offer any further assistance.

Awful service ! I ordered a large purchase two weeks ago and I’ve yet to receive even an order number lol they just keep saying I need to be patient and that they will be sending it out in three days lol they said that 8 days ago and now they are saying it again today so clearly I got scammed but atleast my card is returning the money they will go after them thank hod cause I do t have time for this people like this should be executed on the spot they need to get a real job I stead of taking peoples hard earned cash but we all know it will catch up to them eventually ! lol have the day u deserve !

Quite simply the absolute worst company I've ever had the utter misfortune to deal with.
Ordered some trousers, W38 L30
What turned up was W40 L34, totally unsuitable for me
I emailed them informing them of the mistake , they replied with " please keep the item, we will offer a 20% refund and you can sell the item to family or friend"
I didn't want this I wanted my item in the size I ordered.
They then replied with such a complicated long winded reply along with another suggestion of selling this item on

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

If I wanted cheap Chinese goods, I would have bought pants from Amazon. The pants are so thin and flimsy. I paid over $30, and when I tried to return them (as instructed on the company's website), I kept receiving emails urging me to exchange. No one will help me actually return this garbage for a refund.

I am tired of online shopping. Thanks to Tactical World Store for helping me realize I need to shop locally. Your company sucks and is dishonest.

No customer service to a lost delivery. Do not use this company unless you want to lose your money!!! Avoid at all costs.
