I love it
I love it. We live in a tri-level house. We had mold in our craw space. The family room is in the basement. We were always coughing and and had a runny nose. We put the light in the craw space. Everything is great now!!

What made my experiance Great was the HaloUV is a GREAT product... It does what it claims to do and thats what people look for in any product you buy nowdays. But the HaloUV is an extra special unit because not only is it stopping the bedbugs but it is also a sanitizer as well getting rid of the viruses that make you ill in your home. Just another China trick.
They came up with a good name but it's just another China goods. Meaning nothing good.
I didn't like the deceiving nature of this business. Also,
they send a lot emails a day with their adds.
I am going to block them, of course but I am upset. This was supposed to be a nice present.

Best Customer Experience in…
This was absolutely the best Customer Service experience I have had in years. Ayra was quick, efficient, and yes even through chat very personable and caring. The last thing is not easy to achieve. Chat by nature is cold and impersonal but Ayra has found a way to add an in-person customer service touch to her chat experience. Her hospitality was welcoming, she let me know immediately that she would do everything she possibly could to help me and she resolved my problem very quickly.
