This is a company selling to the domestic market. So having compared prices I was appalled to find that 20% vat was added at checkout, on a part of the screen that was below was showed on an ipad. Nowhere by the products does it specify prices are excl vat. I have used them for years but will not do so again.

Nothing but Great service in my experience, I have used this company for a few years now and have always had good service even during "covid19" they've delivered next day, ordered from a competitor (1st direct pools) a day before and that order is still processing although both have same lead times, still waiting for the other order and mentioned this in the bad review for the other company, Thanks swimming pool chemicals.

I’ve bought chemicals from you for over three years. My last order was over £200 and over years I must have spent thousands.

They are not the cheapest by any means but I didn’t mind as I valued being able to phone for advice. Not just on what to buy but general advice about my pool. So I was disappointed that having called four times over three days I still haven’t a call back.
I phoned this morning and was promised a call back but again nobody bothered. There are literally thousands of companies selling chemicals and given the difficult times we are in you’d have thought that keeping customers would be important. Obviously not. I sent an email this afternoon expressing my disappointment only to be AT LAST called by the MD who just told me of for being ‘nuisance’. He explained that they are very busy and don’t have time to speak to customers. Needless to say, there are other companies who I am sure will be grateful for all the money I spend.
