We use the method of direct to film transfers (DTF’s) the most when creating your items!! For decals we use UVDTF. Custom and personalized items, such as shirts, 20oz-40oz tumblers, and hats. We have a wide variety of unique, creative, and quality items. Our turnaround time is 14-16 business days. We ship to all 50 states using UPS Ground method. We continue to off a pick up option for our local customers. We provide adjusted pricing when ordering 10 or more items and also love to assist with fundraising. We love to create items our customers are proud to wear and share with their families and friends.

So I have ordered dtf prints from this company several times and have been very happy but I put in a custom order in February and have not received yet I have contacted them by email It seems like it's a back-and-forth thing and I can't get a straight answer I've asked for a telephone number and was told they only communicate through email thinking it would be easier to talk to someone over the phone to discuss than over an email then they were holding a live on TikTok I have commented a couple times On there about my order And really I didn't wanna do that but I'm not getting an answer either you have them or you don't And I was straight up ignored At this point I would like a refund or my transfers either you have them or you don't

On the website, it looked more like a patch and not a heat transfer. I make these all of the time and it was extremely overpriced. I am looking for heat transfer in the description. I expected a patch, very disappointing.
