Quick information about Swann security to everyone DONT BUY THERE SECURITY SYSTEMS as they are rubbish we’ve had problems with system cameras not working, not recording no back up and so on if you want a good system look in to it before you buy not Swann

They did not send me my order and are…

They did not send me my order and are ignoring all my emails and calls I have given up now so I advise going elsewhere, I have now ordered a new camera set with aosu and its 10 times better and no subscription and the app is so much better, I have thrown out my old swann camera system.

I have several Swann cameras no problem…

I have several Swann cameras no problem there. When you have a problem & need support your on your own with Swann. I purchased a new iPhone & couldn’t pair my new iPhone to my cameras. On contacting Swann re pairing my new phone Swann said, the old email had to be removed first.( I couldn’t do change it). Swann wouldn’t remove the old email address for me to pair the new email address to my cameras until I sent all the codes etc which I sent. Then they wanted a copy of my camera purchases which I sent, but, the receipt was badly faded because I purchased the cameras from Bunnings & the ink on Bunnings
receipts fade after a few months. They still wouldn’t help me & wouldn’t unpair my old email until I purchased a premium pack from them which I didn’t need. It would take Swann a few minutes to unpair. So here I am with no access to my cameras on my iPhone. Once you’ve purchased from Swann your on your own. No customer service there not to mention all the time looking for paperwork, their a disgrace to customers service
