I have used Survival Servers off and on for a few years, now. Though I've not ever used my rentals as dedicated servers for a gaming community (I used them as experimental playgrounds more than anything else), the service I have received has always been exceptional! I have no reason to go anywhere else, and will be going back when I next have need of their product 😀

I created my account paid for my server and now I can't log in. I have reset my password 5 times and It keeps telling me that the password is wrong. not only that but in order to contact anyone I have to log in, which is something I can't do. I am so frustrated cause I paid for something I'm not able to log in to use, this is ridiculous.

I've been using SurvivalServers for years to host different game servers for my friend group, and I've always been happy with the service they provide. We've rented servers for Terraria, V Rising, Valheim, Palworld, et cetera, and it's all been working great.

The only issue we've ever had was an unstable Valheim server, but after reaching out to them, Peter from customer support moved the server to a different machine, and fixed the issue right away!

I sincerely recommend SurvivalServers for anyone looking to rent game servers.

I have rented many servers through them. I have referred many people! Their servers are stable and when there is an issue they are so available to help, cordial, prompt and will not stop until they figure out a solution. I will never rent from anyone else again if I don’t have to!!!!!!

I've used this site a few times over the years for various game servers for friends to play on, and it's always been a good experience. Rarely have any issues but when something does pop up, support is quick and helpful and gets things straightened out quickly. It's also made easy to access the server files and helpful to be able to create backups for future use. I'm definitely planning to use them again in the future, and I'd recommend them to anyone else.

Timelines were met, and service was great. Clear instruction was provided when asked, and details about the errors were explained. Service disruptions have been minimal.

Servers run great but most importantly if and when there was something wrong their support team hops right on it and handles it and communication is spot on.

They have been good to work with. I bought a year server from them for a game I only ended up playing with friends for 4 months. They allowed me to transfer to a new game and correctly adjusted the time based on the new game being played. They respond to support tickets fairly quickly as well. Occasional server issues, but nothing horrid. Can move the server location as well. Prices were a bit to high to continue, I wish they had offered some sort of rentention deal.

Rather disappointed in the service. Had the service unplayable for four times over the last billing period with response with tech support ticketing.

The one time, the technician has stated that DivX on the backend caused the fault (outside the user control). This ticket took 14 hours to respond too.

Billing: No emails and no notifications for invoices/payments. This is unethical, even where consumer laws may be more laxed.

And OMG the amount of SPAM emails advertising to get servers for other games. I don't know how many games I can play at the same time, but I guess when you sell crappy service with your primary game is unplayable, I have more time on my hands to subscribe for them to host other unplayable servers.

I have used survival servers a few times on different accounts, currently running a Valheim server. My experience so far reflects the rating.

They do shut down your server even when you have it set to not do that, happens every morning.

The "start, stop, and restart" buttons are WAY too close together, you get on one night to turn on your server that shouldn't be off in the first place and accidently hit "Restart" and find out the last backup was a week ago, its kind of lame.

Its Friday night, the boys were playing, server crashed, and now its setting at an unknown status and I cant do anything about it. I opened a ticket, which will now be my 3rd one in 2 months, which for $16 a month shouldn't be the case.

When it does run, it runs great, and I have zero issues. Like I said, I have used this service a couple times, its fine, but for the price, its a major headache, no matter what game you have.

Will be shopping around for a different service after we finish this run.
