I purchase a shirt for my husband in size XL. I paid close to $100 for this shirt because it was touted special cooling properties. I never purchase thinking of returning it. He tried it on and fit great and then he washed according to laundry instructions due to his sensitive. When it was drive it had shrunk so much he could no longer wear it. I do not want my money back rather and exchange for a size larger to accommodate its shrinkage. The company basically said sorry! We do not offer returns or exchanges🥹😕😥. I have never heard of a reputable company having that policy. They said hope I understood and I DO NOT!!!! I deserve a XXL or refund of my money…… Bad Business and I will turn them in to BBB.

As noted in our initial response, our return policy—which is clearly outlined on our product pages—permits returns only for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Once a garment has been worn or washed, we’re unable to accept it back, as we cannot resell used items due to hygiene and quality control standards.
That said, we did extend a store credit to you as a goodwill gesture, which can be used toward a new purchase, including a larger size if needed. We also encouraged you to keep the original item and consider donating it to a local organization or gifting it to someone who may enjoy it.
We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to be as transparent as possible with our sizing details, care instructions, and return policy. While we regret that your experience fell short of expectations, your feedback is valuable and will help us continue to improve how we serve our customers.

I placed a recent order for a shirt on sale and didn't pay close attention to the exacting availability of sizes. I then selected two of same shirt to take advantage of free shipping offer if my order reached a certain threshold. Later I did not confirm order specifics until UPS tracking indicated its delivery date when I then noticed the shirt size was wrong, small instead of large.
In short, my voice mal request of return authorization was not only honored but shipment was turned around and my account was credited in full.
It put a smile on this grumpy old man's face!

Nice clothing line - shopping experience and shopping cart UX needs improvement
My initial experience with a return was very frustrating, but the CS team was proactive and in the long run honored my return / giftcard on a sale item. The shopping cart should flag every item that is not fully refundable or noted it's a store credit. The check-out process will not honor a giftcard if another promo is running even if you delete the default promo & try to enter your giftcard #. However, my son & husband really like the quality of the fabric and the design of the clothing line. These are easy problems to fix, so I hope they make it a priority.

Missing pockets
The reason for my purchase of 3 Lynn Shirt Jackets is because of the description of on-seam pockets. There are none on any of the three which is the sole reason of the purchase. They do have patch pockets which is also described but all are missing on-seam. The additional 2 items appear to be of good quality but could not get past the missing pockets

Never tried it and never will. Replaced Roberto Clemente tribute wall at PNC park with this company's advertisement. Clemente lives forever and this company will not in Pittsburgh. Take your business elsewhere.
