Complete lack of customer service at FCS – never again!
I ordered an item from FCS and submitted a return request via email within the legally agreed timeframe. Instead of a proper return process, I received a request to send photos proving the item was unused – which I did immediately. Since then: total silence. No response, even after following up three times. Now I'm stuck with a product I can’t use. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely customer-unfriendly. This was my last order with FCS.
