The wearable items made by SUPMOGO use Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology, which simulates the neurological impulses that your body sends to your muscles in order to contract them. This technology aids in core training and back healing. The physical advantages of EMS technology, which has been around for about 60 years, are well documented. This electrical impulse is transmitted using a new technique invented by SUPMOGO that uses a water-activated delivery method. SUPMOGO is here to offer items that will improve your health and wellness, with innovation at our heart. I'm pain free, this changed my life

I bought this product about 3 months ago and in the beginning, I was a little skeptical because I felt like I had tried everything out there. This belt has been a god sent honestly, when I first tried it on my back I felt it running toward my glute and hamstring. I called their customer service and they gave me so incredible insight and even gave me recommendations! They explained to me that that feeling was signaling that my nerve caused my pain. I started using it about 3-4 times a day and after 1 month I was only using it once a day since my pain was no longer coming so frequently. I even wake up with more energy and my posture is like night and day! I definitely recommend the supmogo pain relief belt.
