I made a mistake ordering the wrong…

I made a mistake ordering the wrong Samsung TV. I contacted FOLETTI minutes later and they refused to make any effort to stop or change the order. Their excuse was that online orders go directly to their warehouse. A message, email, telephone etc. would have been fast and easy. I told them I did not understand but they did not respond a second time. It was my mistake but this lack of flexibility & interest in customer service tell me this is not a place I will work with in the future.

Shipping was a bit long as they had to…

Shipping was a bit long as they had to wait for stock, and it was not very clear when buying, either the delivery date. Also, they do not provide return and reimbursement in case the product doesn't satisfy your needs. But the support via email was quite fast, thank you!

Catastrophic after sale experience

I ordered multiple times hard disks from Foletti and some arrived damaged, especially the last one.

After explaining the issue with photos of the physically damaged hard disk I received I asked to return it but I got no answer since.

In the meantime I tried the damaged hard disk in my server and it worked for some hours but as suspected it started reporting errors and corrupting the data I moved on it.

I am very disappointed with the after sale service provided by this store.

I ordered a 75' Samsung TV for 1240CHF

I ordered a 75' Samsung TV for 1240CHF,
They wasted my time 1 week and than cancelled the order with reason EOL, Without even saying hello.
I see they deleted the item i ordered and created another one with price 2600 CHF!
This is thief , i already asked for explenation via email no response so i told them i will contact my Insurance Legal to follow this case!
They are thieves, do yourself a favour and dont buy from their store, never reply if you want support !!

Awful store

The package arrived totally damaged, even the box of the product was damaged and when I contacted the support they were negligent and had no intention of find a solution. Will never order in that store again.

Very long, unreliable delivery

1) the shop shows two information:
First, that the item is on-stock.
Then the delivery date (mostly two weeks).
Even it’s on stock. Do NOT assume it will be delivered earlier. (Yes, ask: Why should it take TWO weeks to be delivered if it’s on stock??)

2) I made the mistake to hope being delivered earlier. In fact, instead of two weeks, it took more than four.

3) you will have to ask again and again about the current delivery schedule. No proactive communication from their side.

4) responses to emails in my case: about 20h. Without empathy. (Generally: no answer the same day)

5) delivery information are in Italian. Even you order in German/English. The link has no translation/at least on my device.

6) they said they would get the parcel on Thursday. But we’re not able to send it the same day. So it could be delivered for the weekend.

If you want cheap: ok, have a try. Your risk. But then plan a very long schedule, and no “extra goodies” for their mistake.

If you count on a relative reliable/fast delivery: hands off!
