It's a coin toss with this company.
Have given this company multiple chances and it's literally hit and miss. This last unit started shedding 2 weeks into use. I'll add ive used hair systems for 5 years now, use the proper shampoo and know all there is to extend these to normal use. Low on money as this one failed and photos were obvious of failure, yet they still wanted it shipped back first for "inspection" even with literal bald spots and had the audacity to tell me I could "still order a new one" while waiting on a store credit, as if that meant they were doing me a favor. So I got to spend my 4th of July as a baseball hat man because I didn't have to extra money to afford a new until so fast.
I wish trust pilot allowed images so people could see how fast this unit failed.

I’ve been using the M104 perm 22mm curls hair system from Superhairpieces and I honestly couldn’t be happier. It’s been incredibly easy to install and manage from day one. The lace base allows my scalp to breathe, which is a huge bonus for comfort and wearability, while the poly rim gives just the right amount of structure and security. It also feels like it will really hold up over time – definitely built for longevity.
I chose the colour 1B with 10% grey, and the match is absolutely spot on. Even my barber was floored by how realistic it looked once styled – he said the subtle grey gave it an even more natural appearance, which I completely agree with.
The perm itself is long-lasting and low-maintenance, and I’ve now found the perfect set of products to keep the curls looking luscious and healthy. I’m using tape for attachment and comfortably get 2 to 4 weeks between installs with no issues at all.
Overall, this has been a game-changer for me. Comfortable, natural-looking, durable – I’d recommend it to anyone considering a hair system.
