Starboard after sell/guarantee not existing
I have and had a lot of Starboard SUP-boards and sofar happy. But when you have a guarantee issue customercare not existing. They sell the boarde and have no post sell care. My 2 new Spice boards 2024 have such a thin carbon cape and no sandwich construction, that we have footprints on them. we weight 73 and 53 kilos and this usually only happens with custom boards. well, I claimed my seller and starboard directly and they don’t reply nor anything - they don’t care once sold. very disappointing. in the future we will change brand.
