Great experiences

The products themselves are great. Potent, and good flavor. The delta-9 gummies in particular are basically just fruit snacks. There are some delays here and there but the longest I've waited for a product was a week, maybe less. Haven't had a single issue with this company.

Sun State made right on my order

If you want to get ripped off just go ahead and buy from Sun State. I made a purchase of 3 products on 12/8/24 and ONE MONTH later I received ONE item. It was so difficult getting anyone to answer the phone or even email back. After numerous emails and calls I finally talked to a woman who said they will send the other two items. That was on 1/7/25 and still nothing and no contact from them. I am out $39.98. The product is very good but a lack of communication or miscommunication led to my initial review.
Update: Sun State completed my order for which I am thankful for. I never received a "backorder" notification from Sun State and I checked everywhere for it before leaving this review. Sun State made right on my order so I updated my review. 👍

NO refund even when they say they are sending.

I ordered the roll on hemp for my back. I was overcharged on my Credit card for 14.15 in shipping.It was so difficult getting anyone to answer the phone or even email back. Then they promised they would refund me but that didn't happen. After 3 weeks of emailing them and asking for my refund in shipping and not getting it I asked to return the unopened item. They said yes. They gave us the address and when we paid 18.00 to ship they refused the package and then UPS charged me 22.10 more to return the package back. I am out 91.61 and I wrote them over a week ago and asked that someone help me or I would write a review 10 days later. NO RESPONSE from them at all. Worst Customer service in my opinion. I believe your word is all you have in this life and theirs cannot be trusted.

Product used to be good but my last batch was bad...…

Product used to be good but my last batch had zero potency. Their Blue Rasberry D9 25MG product was half the prior size and was flavored with grape and was nothing more that a bad-tasting gummy square with no effects. They have also not provided updated COAs since April of 2024 so I suspect what they are selling is not what they are advertising. You should keep your COAs updated and provide the COA to the lot you are shipping.

A little info would have gone a long way...

Product is great and shipping right up until the last hurricane has been very good. I would have rated them a 5 star if they had sent one e-mail saying shipping was going to be or was disrupted. I waited until my subscription was over 2 weeks late and ordered from another company. We will see how that goes and se who i order from next.

Missing product

The middle of june I ordered 125$ of Utra Blend. You took the money from my Discover card but never sent the goods. My website page shows that it never even got listed. Beginning Sept. I ordered another 125$ and a month later, no goods. I love your product and as I am recovering from major cancer operation and 6 weeks of radiation I really could use your product. Not enough product

The only thing that went wrong is that you were not having my stuff in stock. I do the full spectrum 1800 mixed container and you haven’t had that in a while. I got two of the 60 and now you’re out of stock on that .they are very good and I do not want to change companies.

like their product and price point.. BUT.....

Liked their product, price point and no problems with my orders.. but i asked for a full panel lab report which checks for heavy metals, pesticides ect... They told me that it was available but there was a fee for this.. that makes me think something is not quiet right.. ive been doing research on many companies.. some have the full panel report on their website.. ive had to contact a few about the full panel reports.. no problem.. they emailed me a copy of the report (NO CHARGE) a few would not reply or get back with the information.. makes it easy not to buy from those companies.. and until i see a full panel lab report from sun state, i will not be purchasing from them anymore. so for your safety.. before you buy anywhere, check if they have a full panel lab report.

Gummies are usually a lock on quality I’ve had good luck with various sizes and flavors. My luck with 2.0 ml vape cartridges hasn’t been very good. The cartridges have pretty uniformly got gummed up - even with preheating.
