Poor Execution, Poor Customer Service

I ordered in early July, received late August, only to discover the company sent me the wrong size. I ordered adult size 12 and received a child’s 7. They admitted they were at fault. No other styles were available in my size for an exchange. They refused to send me a return shipping label, they expected me to pay to ship them back, and were only going to issue me $100 and I originally paid $128.99. The issue was never resolved.

The worst!!!

The worst!!!
Ordered on March 4th. No reply to any email I sent. Had to order another birthday gift to replace this one. Finally contacted PayPal to get my money back. On the last day of PayPal claim. Global Limited sent me an email saying that the order had shipped. Contacted PayPal only to find out the tracking number sent by Global Limited was invalid. PayPal refunded my money. So buyer beware. Order was originally to Sunnyskate.com. but after they take your money do you find out it Is actually Global Limited. If you do order be sure and use PayPal, if not good luck getting your order or your money back. I was fortunate to get my refund.

They won’t refund me for cancellation

Cancelled order immediately after placing it. Shipping dates and info were not provided up front and decided to cancel. Reached out immediately. Contacted PayPal. Sunny skate asked if it would be ok to just refund part of the order “because they already spent my payment and it’s hard to make money”. I asked for full refund and over a week has gone by and still have yet to receive a cancellation and more importantly a refund. Now they will not respond at all. Would not order from here again.

Still waiting on skates

I read so many reviews about fast shipping. I didn’t realize these weren’t stocked in the US so three weeks later I’m still waiting on the skates. They are coming out of China and the way overseas shipping is right now I’ll be lucky to see them by Christmas.

New Review After Receiving My Skates.

I wrote a review here because I hadn't recieved my skates or received an email letting me know that they had shipped. However, they were prompt in there response time and cleared the matter. I have recieved my skates! And they are everything I thought they would be. Perfect size (women's 7), I usually wear a 61/2 but went up a half size to be sure. I haven't skated in them yet but I've tried them on in the house and they are perfect. I had to come back and write a new review to say that I'm happy!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. DO Not trust this company. Cancelled my order after finding out it would take months for me to receive it. Was promised a refund but I never got one. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SUNNYSKATE.

Takes forever and way to small

Takes forever and way to small. I can’t get anybody to return my messages regarding sending me a new pair also material dos NOT feel like leather at all as per their description. Not to happy at the moment.

Love my skates

Love my skates. I got the rainbows. Disappointed that I did not get the wheels I ordered that are suppose to light up. Took 2 months to get here but that's due to customs and covid. They fit nice and are pretty. They roll so smooth which makes them pick up speed quick. Sunny Skate needs to stop removing comments from their page as it makes people feel like they are being scammed. Overall I'm loving my skates and will be ordering more. Be a skater not a hater!

BEWARE

BEWARE. I ordered on May 6th, it wasn't until after, when i contacted them they said it would take a month to deliver. I asked them to cancel because I couldn't wait that long. They said they will cancel (it's now June 7)and I would receive my refund within 7 days and I never received it. I reached out again and they never responded. Will be contacting my bank.

Where is my order?

ETA: I did receive my skates after about 6ish weeks? I also had to google translate the tracking info bc it was in Chinese. Not a big deal but just inconvenient and I was stressed the whole time it was a scam. They’re in good condition, nice sturdy skates.

Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, have not received any information at all. I’ve emailed countless times and they talk in circles, saying it will be sent out this day but it never is. I’m assuming I was scammed until I receive my product or a refund, but either way I am not happy. Unprofessional and taking way too long. And also can’t call customer service because it’s International charges.

I was skeptical but now I’m in love with my order!

At first I was skeptical ordering because of the reviews but I was determined to have the skates I ordered. I was in touch with Layla from their email listed on their website. She assured me they are a legit company in Hong Kong 🇭🇰. Within 14 days after processing order and shipping, it has arrived in perfect condition with DHL shipping to Hawaii. I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. I look forward to ordering more and finding a way to help grow this company in the US. I appreciate their patience and concerns that I had. I was able to track my order every day.
