Lithops and succulents cuttings well received! Received extra little lithops and baby mini succulents, i am so happy with my purchase!! Also bought one Sinningia Leucotricha but the seller gave me two with cutest flurry leaves. I am really happy that I found this online shop, generous and trusted seller! Ordered on sunday, received in France on friday morning. Good quality products, highly highly recommended.

Lithops with almost no roots.

I received a cute little Lithops, it's the optica rubra. It is really really tiny, too expensive for a plant that barely reached the size of 1 cm.... and to my surprise there are almost no roots.... I looked up for what the reason might be and turns out, that sunnyplant prefer to trim the roots? I've seen a video in which this process is explained, it is supposed to stimulate root growth and in the video they just trimmed a tiny bit of the preexisting roots but still: mine has barely any roots! I'm wondering if this small little guy will even survive since it already is a really young plant... Just why risking it to die?
I would've prefered that sunnyplant would let the customer decide on himself whether or not to trim the roots..Not gonna buy from them again.

Update after 1 Month of purchase:

the Lithops died as predicted. It was rlly thirsy and couldn't absorb any water because the roots were trimmed!

The Lithops I received have nothing in common with what is featured on the website. Unlike the photos shown, Lithops are small (some tiny), no vitality, no color, just grey.
I sent an email informing and requesting a replacement or a refund and only received a "thanks for the feedback" response. I do not recommend purchasing on this website.

Great selection of succulents that aren't easy to come by. The lithops are small, but very strong. I have placed multiple orders and haven't had any disappointments. The packaging is always impeccable and a lot of cuttings come rooted. Will definitely order again.

I ordered there in January. The delivery took some time but I contacted their costumer service and they looked into it, telling me, that it was because of winter holidays, which I understand. When I received my plants I was really happy to see, that a lot have been send double, in case one dies. It's close to half a year later and all the plants survived and grow very nice

I have got beautiful and generous cuttings and lithops seeds which were fantastic and germinated in 4 days. All the cuttings worked well too. Quick delivery to the UK and great care was put into the packing of the cuttings. I would buy again.

I ordered succulents cuttings. Cuttings came in good shape. Almost all cuttings now have roots and are growing well. I also ordered some soil and fertilizer. I am satisfied with my order and I will order again soon.

The plants i received where tiny compared to the ones pictured and some had pests. Also some of my Lithops arrived without any roots and are going to die 100%. Very unhappy considering the rater high Prices. The photos on their page also show the 'stressed' form of the succulents which is very misleading, since they usually appear in not so bright Colors but rather greenish. I also feel like the Reviews on their page are fake because the 1-3 star Reviews get deleted asap. Not a trustworthy shop, dont recommend buying from them.

I ordered 20 cuttings (2 cutting mixes) and got like 10 extra delivered for free. They were all different, smoll and cute, I love them! Although, I was hesitant at first because of the shipping fee, it was all worth it and I will order again. Though, I had some problems with the tracking code I received them in good condition with a care guide and 10% discount off my next order, because of the Covid shipping delays.

Some of the cuttings already had roots when I received them, but most of the ones that didn't are doing really well now. The only thing is, I didn't expect so many cuttings and wasn't prepared for it. And I am also not really experienced and they are delivered without species name and since all need different care some of them are not so thriving. However, they offered help via Instagram, but I have yet to send them a picture of my problem (I am a bit stubborn)

I was obsessed with getting a string of pearls plant and I was told they aren’t so common in Sweden . I placed and order at the beginning of the pandemic and got three generous clippings of plants. The string of dolphins was also a generous clipping. The response time from the staff is great ( I ask a lot of questions on their insta account ). I only have good things to say about my exp with them.

I had a very good experience with my last 2 purchases I get very healthy and well-packed cutoff sets even I get extra leaves that I propagate and now almost all are little plants I didn't have any problems with Mealybugs or so.
The shipping was very fast taking into consideration all the COVID situation and that I leave in Denmark

I was kept well informed of delivery times, cuttings small (was not expecting them to be bigger) but well rooted and all arrived in good shape - including clear instructions. Also the mini pots are adorable! After sales very friendly. Will certainly order again.

I've ordered some callisia repens cuttings and i'm amazed ! very well packed, with a lot of care, every cuttings had a tag on it, specifying the name of each one. all the cuttings were fully rooted and the delivery was quite quick ! Great job !

Plants are definitely way smaller than they seem in pictures. I ordered the two cutting mixes and a few single ones. Almost every succulent had a least one flaw besides being very small. They had almost completely dried out leaves, not a lot of leaves to begin with and one had stem rot. When I contacted customer service about the last they first ignored my problem and talked around it while being unprofessional in every way throughout our contact. It took about a month to get my succulent replaced.
I tried to write reviews about that on their website but it seems like they only view 4 - 5 stars ratings. Not buying there ever again and would recommend you not to either.
Edit: a few days after I wrote this review I saw another succulent I got from them rotting. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I am very disappointed in this shop. Very poor plant quality for very high prices. 9/12 plants were infected with pests and some of the cutting were already rotting. Overall the plants were tiny and not the size advertised on the pictures. I also noticed they remove bad customer reviews from their page and only leave 4/5 star ones which is ridicolous and absolutely not trustworthy. Also communication was very rude. Don't recommend to buy there!

Tiny plants with barely roots and very bad condition, customer service is very unfriendly and delivery took forever. Hope those plants will survive but they are definitely not worth the price!
