This is an awful company that talks down to the customer, and tries to convince them that their products are safe. Buyers beware, hire a professional reputable company to install solar. The savings aren’t worth losing everything you own, or even worst the lives of you or your loved ones. They are cutting every corner known to man to reduce prices, and take little to no consideration for safety, or the quality of their products.

We lost our off-grid home two years ago. As most know sometimes it takes longer to rebuild than desired. We purchased a Sungoldpower 12k watt system over a year. Now getting close to installing discover two of our batteries were experiencing problems. Cindy our contact was in continuous contact to diagnose and promptly send us to parts to repair the problem with one and replacing the other completely.
