Sungage has been streamlined and clear. The one issue I found had more to do with our solar broker - not Sungage. Just note that there's a temporary monthly which *goes up* if you don't apply the 30% tax credit to your principle after 18 months (or some timeframe). The other issue I found a little hard to find information on was that there's no penalty to paying down principle in lump sum one-off payments.

Usually when lenders push and push you…
Usually when lenders push and push you to the point of giving up the project. They make it to you are lying to them, but really they lied to you. They wanted my CPS account number and since my hose was new they gave me a number. Here is the kicker. I kept giving them the number and they actually without them admitting it "I was lying" to them. Funny when I got the account statement the number was the same. How can you do business with them. Second the left a mess in my hose from their muddy shoes when they went to 2 different attics. Third I recommend my son for a referral and they ignored me, probably for the referral money. SMH.

WORST SOLAR COMPANY EVER
WORST SOLAR COMPANY EVER. Very difficult customer service. We were selling our house. Buyers were to assume the rest of our solar loan. Sungage will not talk to realtors or escrow only to buyers & sellers. This creates a lot of time wasted and makes buyers & sellers be the middlemen. Additionally, the loan transfer office doesn’t have a number to call, so you can only email or call general support for them to send a message. We were late to close on our property because they simply refused to communicate with our escrow office, even when they learned that they did not send our loan termination notice to the appropriate email.
