Horrible experience. Product is horrible and customer service is making excuses as to why a $30 ring looks like a gumball machine ring. The two rings ordered look nothing alike although they should only be different colors. Absolute huge waste of time and money.

I'm giving this product 3 stars because it was the 2nd ring sent to me and still looked as awful as the first one. The design painted on the ring just doesn't look anything like the pictures or the rings in the videos.

This is a service review, as you should leave a product review, as this reflects on our overall service and company image. You can always change your review here on our service and company. But we want to do right by our customers and let our supplier know how we can improve. Can you explain what was awful about the rings? We have some mixed reviews, yet we know how these rings can glow and look pretty awesome. Since they are pure resin rings, some batches may differ from others. Anything we can do to make you happy Jennifer, that is our goal. Thanks for the review!
