The two seams on the bottom panel of the bag I received were significantly different. One was nice and smooth, the other was badly puckered. I asked to exchange the bag, but S&L refused my request because the materials used would “have a little bit of an irregular shape.” I responded by noting the significant difference between the two seems on the same panel—one was perfect (and looked exactly like the pics on their website) while the other was puckered and janky. They again refused to exchange the bag. I was very disappointed by this response from a company that trumpets its commitment to quality and craftsmanship (not to mention customer service). I won’t be purchasing any S&L products in the future.

I had a cooler leak while on a roadtrip, and my S&L briefcase got red dye stains on the bottom of the bag and laptop sleeve. I contacted customer service, and they not only sent me a very detailed list of options/recommendations for cleaning, but they also were willing to send me a laptop sleeve replacement (even though it was totally my fault for staining the bag!). Great customer service, and I will absolutely buy my future bags from this company/recommend to friends.

5 stars! This is truly a beautiful briefcase of exceptional quality and craftsmanship with tasteful and functional design elements. I am shocked at how much I love this bag!

So many little details including a hanging inner laptop soft case. I went from a more conservative and formal bag when I was early in my career to a backpack drone in big tech. This bag bridges the gap and can go from a 20 something hustling to a guy like me in the C-suite with a couple of decades under his belt - but with much more to do.

I bought the "Cary Briefcase - Gen 2 - Slim - Black" for my husband's birthday. He absolutely loves it! He needed a bag that is durable & practical whilst having a sleek appearance.

I definitely took a chance in purchasing it without seeing it in person, but so glad I did! The awards and reviews for the product is what solidified my choice.

We both personally love that the brand has discretely placed their name on the product. Just enough for someone in passing to see. It makes the brand niche.

We could feel that the materials are of high quality. Despite knowing that the inside would be a light colour, a much darker colour would've been greatly appreciated. This is to prevent any scuff marks or stains from being seen. But still satisfied.

I loved that the emails received regarding the delivery where from an actual person and not a bot. And the delivery was smooth and so quick! I live in KSA, half way across the world from Stuart & Lau's headquarters.

I’ve had my Regimen Gyn Bag for a week now and I love it. It’s functional to my exact likes for a daily bag. Fits all my gym and my work gear and keeps it all organized. Extremely well made and high end materials make it truly feel like the perfect hybrid bag. I’m excited to take it with me on vacation next week. Also, the customer service is on point!
