They lock your account for no reason

I was user since almost a year. I July a paid for a whle year, so I have the membership until en of July 2024. The videos are good but I haven't had time to train much. Now that I have time and I was thinking to use it more, they have locked my account just when I started using it. They say make unlawful use and it's completely false. I was just training at home sharing screen with the TV so that I can train better.
