The Streamline system is efficient, with an intuitive interface that made onboarding incredibly quick. I didn’t have any major questions, but I appreciated their support team checking in, which was reassuring.

My tenants also found the setup seamless, particularly when enrolling in Pre-Authorized Debit. Security is a top priority in financial transactions, and the mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) added an extra layer of trust. Plus, knowing that payments are securely processed through Rotessa, a leading Canadian online payment platform, gave me even more confidence in the system.

Overall, the transition was smooth, more cost-effective, and has allowed me to automate rental collections with peace of mind.

It’s a one stop shop that integrates rent withdrawal, lease renewals and all sorts of practical property management tools into one place.

But my favourite thing about this platform is how fast the support team responds to any issues I have. They even contact me to notify me of any issues they see that I may have not noticed.
