Replacement parts under warranty period

Very happy with the communication from the InMotion team regarding replacement parts for an InMotion Air Pro scooter. InMotion agreed to pay for parts and I agreed to pay for shipping because I recognise that there is a bit of give and take here. Hopefully parts are shipped in a timely manner. I have a bit of an assembly task ahead of me and I trust that support will be available if needed. I've had a positive experience, thank you.

Customer care at its best

Before I made my purchase, the one factor you couldn’t really be certain of is the customer service. Let me tell you, I had a couple of small issues ( nothing to do with the absolutely amazing V14 ) and the customer service team went above and beyond. Actual, helpful and knowledgeable person on the other end of the phone, and behind that as a company they keep track of you. They know who you are when you call. Then follow up emails to be sure my issues were dealt with to my satisfaction. Should be more stars than 5.

Great Company, Great Products, will be buying more!

The purchase/transaction was extremely easy. So far Ive bought an Air Pro scooter, and a V14 (v14-50s).

Items arrived fast and the products are fantastic. There was an issue with the shipping (FedEx was extremely rude and delayed my package in more than one way) but this was entirely due to FedEx, not Inmotion.

When I contacted Inmotion, they were courteous, understanding and showed a lot of professionalism -- even went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, even though it was FedEx that had the problem.

I absolutely will be buying from them again. Probably a V11Y for more street riding. These are my first EUC vehicles and it only took me a few days to lean on the v14. For an 86lb EUC, that says something. Im hooked.

Thanks again, Inmotion, for the great products. This is a niche industry and you guys really delivered and set aside my concerns!

INMOTION review (V12s)

Bought from INMOTION 2 times now 1st for the V12HT and now for the V12S both experiences have been wonderful. Best purchase came in time

Best purchase came in time , just when I needed a switch my other rides getting old.
Lasts better than other brands I tried I may buy the climber, when on the 4th year other brands complete their usefulness and not worthwhile keeping.

I'm so disappointed

I'm so disappointed. I've spent over $1,100 here in the last year. My first scooter (Climber) was fine, so I bought another one (AirPro), which at 450 euro, was close to USD $500. It arrived in April and stopped charging by May after barely ONE MONTH. After troubleshooting in vain, I emailed for help twice this month. It's about to become July and I haven't even had a response. Of any kind. No less the help I need and deserve. I'd be happy to take this up with someone capable, responsive, and empowered to see me through. Please provide contact name and email or phone and I'll follow up, thx.

New in the EUC community

This is my first EUC so i decided to go big or nothing, I am learning how to balance properly but i am confident that as soon as i learn good i will glide the world.. Thanks to all the staff of Inmotion for making this amazing machine, you gave to all of us the chance to see the world around us in a different prospective, more free and and more adventurous , i am almost 50 years old and when i am on my V14 50S Adventure i feel like Peter Pan… young forever!!! it's a bit heavy—but I still love it!

I can't believe I actually learned to ride an electric unicycle—especially the V14! I think that's pretty amazing! INMOTION is awesome too. This product is insane—in a good way. It's perfect when it comes to speed, range, climbing power, suspension, and even the pads. If only it were a little lighter—it's a bit heavy—but I still love it!

Absolutely Wonderful Reliable Performance

Absolutely wonderful. The customer service is top notch!!! My scooter carries me for miles upon miles!!! Don’t need to drive super fast but when I do it really delivers!!! The boost is an absolute rush that you will get excited with so be very careful. The handling bar folds super easy, plus you can adjust the height you prefer to ride your RS from by adjusting the wheels (3 options) depending on how high or low to the ground you want to be. Changing the handle height to your preference is another additional plus if you’re tall or short. Thumbs up 👍🏿 to InMotion for their creativity. I won’t even think about looking at another scooter. I literally explore the whole of Manhattan New York on a single charge with some juice for the next day. Only thing I don’t like is locking the scooter on the app as it takes several attempts to unlock it but believe me when it’s locked it is really locked. You can’t even lift the scooter without the alarm blasting your ears. And don’t even try to roll it because the wheels are completely locked. You will not regret this purchase!!! I hope they get them back in stock soon because I’m getting tired of people I’ve advertise the scooter to constantly bothering me saying they can’t find it in stock! Imagine multiple people asked me if they can take a picture of my RS so you know it looks fabulous. I love how simple it is if you need to replace parts or upgrade and the customer service literally guides you through each step plus it’s on YouTube as well. Compared to the Nami Burn E 2 Max and the company fluidfreeride, InMotion took the win hands down based on the scooters I’ve owned. You even get a choice of the throttle accelerator or the twist accelerator (hope I word it correctly). Which ever makes you comfortable is a perfect addition to my RS. Stop reading and just buy it!!! Your going to come back here and tell me thank you!!! Ohhh I forgot to add the cruise control is astounding!!! It works Perfect and when I say Perfect I really mean Perfect!!! Plus the app shows detail of the mileage you’ve used and tire temperature so you can keep track of things. You can even diagnose your RS if you feel anything is wrong and I strongly believe you won’t but if for any reason you do all you have to do is reach out to customer service and they will get back to you if not right away, a day or two the most. Buy It!!! Make sure not to forget your beach chair!!!! You’re going to come across some real nice scenic views your scooter will smile back at you and say “Let’s park & let’s hangout here!!!” Ohhh I’ve reviews this scooter 3 times already so you know it’s real good!!! I’ve owned 9 unicycles

I own 9 wheels/euc inmotion is probably the best out there for them.. they aren’t a 3rd party seller like almost all others so they take it a bit more serious so not just the quality control and build quality but the customer service is amazing. From emails and phone calls they are very nice and warranty is really easy!!
