Every time I go to the facility, my entry code has changed. It is very annoying to have to call and spend five minutes on the phone getting a new access code. The last time I was assured that a manager was going to call me to discuss the situation, However, that has not happened.

The staff were all personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is on a very busy thoroughfare. West bound users may have difficulty making the left turn into the entrance. East bound you have to be in the far right lane to make the right turn. The unit I rented is inside. Though the dimensions are accurate it's smaller than I thought.

Easy to set up
I was cleaning out my dad's house so that he could sell it. I had three weeks to complete the process. Having a place to store the things I could not get rid of was great. Set up the account on line and then went to the site and found the locker.

Simply a wonderful website for enabling me to view the available storage companies available in my local area within NYC. I was able to book a new storage company, since the one that I was in (Public Storage) was grossly too expensive (>$200/month for 2 units). Plus, the location that it was in was not good for me at all. But, by Fri., 8/30/24, I was able to move into a new Life storage/Extra Space Storage company with a storage unit available at an excellent price of only $23.00/month. Now I can better budget my income and not waste money in horrible overpriced company that didn't deserve my money anyway. Storage .com's website was easy to navigate and easy to find storage units available, in my local area. Thanks to Storage.com website.

Having a good experience so far. Please change operation hours online because it says gates stay open til 10pm, but gates actually close when once office close which is a inconvenience if you need to access storage after hours to retrieve belongings.
