not clear tank pads

I order a pair of "clear" stompgrip tank pads for my bike, a Honda VFR1200 white colour! When placing those on my bike I noticed that are not clear as the differrent type of clear pads they are selling, those are semi transparent most probably of a faulty glue at the back surface of the pads. Contact stompgrip via email and they just ignore my massage.
Paid $59 for pads, $50 shipping (took 3 weeks to arrive in europe) and €21 tax.
Too expensive for o faulty product that is not what it meant to be "clear"
