In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf caddie developed specifically for remote control use.

It was really snappy on turns, follow mode didn't always work. Downhill seemed to have no breaks, concerned with rollback if uphill and stopped.
It def feels premium from the base but as you move up towards the handle, feels flimsy and does not hold a hybrid bag very well at all...
I do understand this may not be for a hilly course but maybe somewhere dry and pretty flat.
Customer service is great though, the stars is simply for the product use on the course.

Customer support by email takes too long. It took 3-4 business days minimum to get a response. And it took 3 responses to get to a conclusion (which was that I needed to send my unit back for service). Once I got to that point, Stewart did good. I got my unit back quickly and it works great now. The problem is that I lost use of my unit for 4-5 weeks. RIDICULOUS!!!

Trolley will not follow. Second cart with same problem. I’m done clearly I’m electrically charged or they had a couple bad days in the factory but once is an anomaly twice is a trend

I am very satisfied with the support and services I have received from Stewart Golf USA. Once we were able to get on the phone and discuss the problems with my cart and the options available to me we were able to agree on a solution that was very acceptable to me. Within a day of approving the repairs to be done I received visual notification (via YouTube video) that my cart was working as advertised. I really feel that my original investment in the Q Follow was the right decision and that Stewart appreciates me as a customer. Highly recommend doing business with Stewart Golf USA.

I purchased the Q-Follow after my questions and watching fellow golfers carts. and am totally pleased.
Well balanced and the command range is well over 50 yards.
I also purchased an umbrella holder and with the existing strap fastening, it fails to hold steady, my G4Free reflective umbrella in the holder when there is a steady breeze.
A "circumference adjuster" of some sort would be a better design.

The two wheels I ordered were shipped via UPS and required a signature for delivery. Stewart says it’s a UPS issue and UPS says “it’s what the shipper requested”.
When UPS decided the day to deliver I was not home all day. I could only change the delivery by paying them more. So the package arrived again the next day and by luck I ran into the delivery at my door. I had signed the tag they left on first attempt but they said it wasn’t good enough because it didn’t have proof that I was over 21. I’m 66.
I did receive the wheels only to find out they are for the wrong model caddy. Website showed them as for X-models but apparently not X7’’s.

I have been contacting Customer Care Advisors for an advise on Premier Service and also the possibility go trading-in my QFollow trolley which I have an unfortunate incident but they are not very responsive either via email or even returning my call.
I will just use my trolley until it breaks down beyond repair but will not buy a Stewart Golf trolley anymore and will absolutely NOT RECOMMEND the product to anyone if you want to keep you sanity intact.

Great products with better service! I sent my Q Follow back to Stewart to replace the "gear boxes" after one failed well passed the warranty period -- and after a ton of use. The cost seems totally reasonable and they made the process easy. Shipped me a new boxes, I shipped my cart back.

Absolutely atrocious company. Paid $3,000 for their flagship electric cart. Less than 7 rounds in and they confirm that a LACK OF CHARGING has led to a blown battery. $450 to replace. How does NOT charging a battery result in it blowing up? Paid them two weeks ago for new battery, still not shipped. Promised response after response and heard nothing. MONTHS of conversation and complaints with their customer service folks has resulted in nothing. Stay away. Absolute disgrace.

I give the Vertex a solid 5 for performance, ease of handling and overall quality. I treated myself to an electric push cart (trolley) for my 70th birthday. Totally worth the money!! Marking down to a 4 for the customer experience, which while still good was difficult to manage. There is no number you can call to speak with a representative and e-mail exchanges can take several days.

I have had good experience with customer service and really enjoy my Q-Follow. I had been thinking of purchasing a Q-Follow for about 3 years and finally after various sale promotions did it. A great price with the help of a Stewart associate. Bought in February 2025 and finally got to use it late April due to weather. I have been very happy with the caddie and get many positive remarks while on the golf course. Golf at various courses that a very hilly with no problems. I purchased the extended warranty as I do with all of my substantial purchases. Customer service gets a grade "A" in my book. Great product built with quality in mind. Thanks Guys!
