His formal training, combined with over 15 years of experience has equipped him with tools, skills, and strategies he now teaches to others through his Weekly Coaching Program. The Weekly Coaching Program is for individuals who want to lose or gain weight (depending on their goal), build muscle, get stronger, have more energy and greater mental clarity, and develop sustainable healthy eating and exercising habits. As a program graduate, you will be able to maintain your new weight and body without needing to micromanage your diet, know the fundamentals of nutrition and lifting weights so you can maintain the level of health and fitness you want to have long term (as long as it's realistic), know how to set up and run a fat-loss phase so you can run one yourself in the future if you ever want to, have a thorough understanding of food and your body's needs, be able to perform a wide variety of exercises safely and effectively, be able to teach yourself new exercises, be able to build and modify your own workout programs so that you can always have a program that fits your life, and have a collection of foods, meals, and snacks you enjoy.

Steve is fantastic at what he does, and his coaching program exceeded every one of my expectations.

He helped me achieve my fat loss goal, helped correct some chronic knee pain I was experiencing, and also helped me to achieve several all time personal bests in the gym.

He is professional and knowledgeable in his work and does a great job to make sure the custom program he builds is sustainable for long-term success.

I would recommend Steve to anyone who has a desire to learn about or step up their fitness to the next level.

Fads no MORE - all foods included

I have been working with Steve for over 18months now
- he has taught me all the strategies I need to charge my own life style nutrition and exercise plan - without it being boring and restrictive.
I will always have these tools now and even if I need further coaching for body building these processes can still be incorporated daily with little effort.
Prior to Steve I was pretty burnt out with food, falling into a restrictive boring eating strategy that I thought was helping me when in fact it was working against me
- I now eat all foods - some of which I had eliminated for over 20 years from my daily diet - such as bread, fruit and even cheese and butter.
Steve helped me achieve my goal and now I have a system for life, whilst enjoying my favourites like chocolate liquorice, vienna bread and my new protein ice creams - even for this middle aged night shift working nurse. If you truly want to advance your knowledge and achieve your goals around food, weight loss or gain including exercise regimes invest in Steves methods and you can stop looking for the next fad - he is all that is required. Five years and counting of sustainable habits and results

Steve programmed by fitness and nutrition for two years during the pandemic. I was already working out in the gym regularly but Steve helped me maximize the results from the time I was putting in.

I lost 40lbs of skinny fat in the first year, learned new exercises, improved my technique and form, and found an approach to nutrition I could stick with. The best part about Steve's program is how sustainable it is to continue in the long term. Three years later, I still use the same principles for nutrition and training that Steve taught me, and continue to be happy with the results.

The weekly check-ins throughout the program were as attentive and considered as the program itself--and even when ill or moving states, Steve never missed a call. Steve also knew how to challenge me and call me out at the beginning when I wasn't taking the program as seriously as I should have been.

Working with Steve made a huge impact on my life! No smoke and mirrors, just evidence based science. Steve uses calorie consumption to target weight loss and/or muscle gain. Highly recommend!

I spent 18 months on Steve's program, and it was worth every penny. Steve listens to his clients and can personally tailor a program to fit specific goals. He is with you every step of the way, an awesome source of encouragement and a wealth of knowledge. I was apprehensive about the remote aspect, but it was perfect. Just do it!

I worked with Steve for over 2 years. There’s so much I could say about the experience and every aspect would be positive. Steve helped me rewrite life-long habits that has impacted my entire family, including a pregnancy, in a way that made me face my habits head on. It was a lot of “therapy” in that he helped me face my assumptions, habits, and deeply held beliefs and positively change them. He’s made me feel INCREDIBLY confident in the gym-not only do I know how to use the equipment with proper form, but he also taught me how to program my own workouts. I have become completely self-reliant and, 3 years after graduating Steve’s program, I am continuing to make progress as has my family. He’s made me independent with my health and fitness and has never tried to get me to buy any supplements or anything extra. His heart is so good and wants each client to learn and grow and feel confident doing it themselves-no strings attached. I’m so grateful to have worked with Steve!

The Best Decision For My Health

I was diagnosed with heart failure, was overweight and had a ton of back pain, I knew I had to do something to get better, and knew I couldn’t do it myself. I was so scared to start Steve’s program, (what if I couldn’t do it, what if it didn’t work etc). I waited a lot longer than I should have to send that first email, but I am here to tell you that sending that email has changed my life, not an exaggeration! Steve is the best, he is patient, kind and so knowledgeable. He has given me the tools to be healthy and strong, and has made it work with my everyday life. He said to me at the beginning “you will be amazed at what your body will be able to do”. I really figured it applied to other people, no way could I change that much. I was so wrong, I am stronger, thinner and healthier than I have ever been, and am still loving the program, and loving my life, doing things that I never thought i could.

Life-changing program

I can say with a hand on my heart that Steve Taylor’s Program changed how I live my life, but while it is one of the greatest truths I’ve written, I also find that oversimplification unfair to Steve and to me. It was I who changed my life – more specifically the way I look on food, the way I go about working out in a brand new to me way, the way I constantly think about any day-to-day decision and whether it benefits me and my family enough to be taken in the first place. I am only capable of doing this due to the tools that Steve still gives me to this day (recently completed Year 2), but only once I am fully ready. His tiered approach of “leveling up”, which is perfect for my competitive nature, as well as his ability to coach me differently depending on my mental state without compromising on the Program standards, is what has confirmed to me that Steve can create a Program for anybody. It has happened that my time in The Program has coincided with the biggest moments of my life to date – stressful job changes, buying and moving into a new house, and most recently, welcoming my firstborn child. All of these challenges in the routine would have been a reason for every previous version of me to fully drop off the wagon and go back to the wallowing, binge, unhealthy ways. Steve has worked with me through each new challenge, fine-tuning this piece or that, always leaving no doubt at the end that my Program can accompany me through any season of life. That is precisely why I currently look on change and challenge in life as an opportunity to grow with and perform accordingly, as opposed to an excuse to jump ship and crumble mentally.

I could not recommend Steve Taylor, RD, more for partner in the journey of finding out how to live life in next gear.

how I put myself back on the map

After I had two kids and was about to turn 40, I realized, that somewhere along the way, my body had changed and I was not happy with how I looked and felt anymore.
My husband gifted me the Steve Taylor coaching program, which I agreed to, but to be honest, it was nothing I was super excited about, at first.
It did not take me long at all, to become completely hooked, because I did not expect to feel so much excitement about putting the focus on myself again. I was forced to pay a lot of attention to my feelings, spend time on my body and be aware of how I treat myself.
As a woman/mother who has a job, runs a household and raises two kids, that is a very unusual thing to do. I started going to the gym on a regular basis, and loved how training took so much stress away during the work outs, but also turned me into a better mom and wife, just because I am more relaxed than I used to be. I love how my energy level is higher than it used to be, how I have a place and a way to release negative emotions in the gym, and of course, how my mom body turned firmer and stronger.
I learned how to improve my nutrition, how to plan ahead and therefore be able to spend the same amount of time on a more nutritious and balanced diet, and I love how good a healthy lifestyle feels. The fact that Steve did not just put me on a low carb diet, but taught me how to change some habits, enabled me to reach and keep my goals and changes.
I enjoy my new balance between the hamster wheel all working moms are running in, and the focus I have on myself.
I got many things out of my time with Steve, but the one I am most thankful for, is refocusing on my needs and not feeling guilty about it, because it not only benefits myself, but also those around me.
I love the process as much as I love the results.

I joined Steve's program because I was embarrassed to take my shirt off, even if I was just looking at myself in the mirror. I wanted to be confident in my body and know what to do when I walked into the gym. I had horrible eating habits and needed to figure out the connection between eating right and feeling better. Through completing the program I not only look better, but feel better. Although it wasn't my primary goal, I feel more organized and energized throughout each day. What's so powerful about the program is it's not a fad diet, it's a total lifestyle transformation change that is completely sustainable. I now know exactly how to lose weight but retain muscle mass, or gain weight to increase muscle mass. I know that I can eat or drink whatever I want as long as it's in moderation and in-line with my overall life goals. The program completely changed my outlook on life and it has improved every relationship I have; with food, fitness, friends and family. I couldn't recommend this program enough.
