Exceptional Custom GMod Server Hosting!

Steer clear of Stella.
Let me start, this is some of the worst hosting I've ran into. The staff members are rude and inexperienced, they put a lot of work on the customers, and the wonder why their Chicago node is failing. Time after time opening support tickets I never received a correct answer.
I've been hosting with Stella for the last 5 months now up until a couple days ago when I was threatened to have my data lost if I didn't go through hoops to get my node changed. I have discord transcripts of this experience and many others with this company.
If you look at some of the names on their TrustPilot reviews you can see past and even current support staff have left reviews on the company which is a direct conflict of interest.
Did you know that before january 2nd the company was running without an LLC or any insurance? The owner had to sell it to Keegan because his paypal got locked up from misusing paypal services connecting a private account to what should've been a business account.
And the change in ownership didn't change the sketchy tactics, they boasted about wanting to change for the better but, I haven't seen a single change except for the worst with this company.
I would greatly recommend you take this into consideration when choose Stella to NOT be your next host.
EDIT: I got an email asking me to provide more insight on my experiences with stella, so let me make this break this whole thing down from day 1
I was approached by the then owner of Stella in November to do a partnership deal with my server in exchange for discounted hosting on his platform, after agreeing and getting 2 whole days of decent support from the Owner himself, he started walling and when I would ask about the discussed discount on my upcoming invoices he would continue to either try and change the subject or ignore me. As time went on my service also began to suffer, which is bad for business on a minecraft server. It can't constantly be crashing like it was on their platform.
Fast forward now to December 30th, I go to pay my second month invoice and the Owner claims that theres an issue on paypal's end and that he would credit me for the days I can't pay for yet. On January 1st my server was suspended because the system "didn't register him putting in the extra time on my invoice" and because of their untrained staff team not being able to bring it back I waited 12 hours for my server to come back online, losting valuable uptime and most likely money from it.
January 2nd there was this big announcement about Keegan and Hiun taking over the company, this is when the paypal issue i described above really came to light and I was made aware that for 3 years, Stella operated without an LLC or really any business markings or insurance. Keegan spent a few hours enticing me to stay even awarding me a credit on my account for the experiences I had with the last owner. I used this account credit to run the test server for my server temporarily and the performance sufferage just got so much worse overtime, and when I would contact support staff about it, I would have to jump through hoops to get any help on anything.
This company seems to pride itself on very sketchy tactics that the regular customer wouldn't see. They are more worried about money than they are running a decent host, just look at their basic panel for example, and their dropping of Chicago premium node because it was "unused" how about instead of dropping assets you clean up your act and do some advertising.
To the Trust Pilot Staff: This is pretty much a full, honest account of my experience with stella node. I have no way of uploading transcripts to tickets here, but removing this review would not be in the best interest of the users that trust your platform for honest reviews of services. If there is a way to submit info backing my claims, please contact me instead of threatening to take my review down via email.

In the beginning, I was hesitant when the marketing team approached me about their hosting services. It was mainly due to my server's inexperience and my lack of knowledge of how to transfer files. It was an amazing experience getting support. Throughout the entire process, they walked me through everything. They helped me with existing problems I had with my server and even offered me a free trial to see if their services were a suitable fit for me. StellaNode's ownership, staff, and support are of the highest caliber.
Furthermore, StellaNode has improved the performance of my server. In the past, I had random crashes when I used Pebble Host servers. In addition to fixing the underlying cause of the crashes, StellaNode helped me achieve better performance overall. I can now keep my server up and running for days at a time, which was previously impossible.
There is no doubt that StellaNode is a fantastic company that is worth your time and money.

The support I got was unreal. They walked me through everything, helped me with existing problems I had for my server, and even offered a free trial to see how well their services fit. The quality of the ownership, staff, and support StellaNode has is something very hard to come across.
Not to mention the performance of my server after switching over to StellaNode. I was using Humble Servers before and kept having these random crashes. StellaNode helped me fix what was causing those crashes along with overall better consistent performance. My server can be up and running for days at a time which it wasn't able to do before.
StellaNode is a super great company that's definitely worth your time and money.

One of the best VPS service on the market
The support team are very transparent with helping out their customers, even down to plugin management. Their pricings are also affordable considering their competitor's by comparison are a lot cheaper. Definitely give their service a go and make sure to join their discord server if you need any help from them. Literally this isnt one of those botted reviews that fake ass companies would write, this is an actual satisfied customer that got what they paid for and surpassed all of my expectations. :)
