Just started using this platform

Just started using this platform. It has so much functionality and is easy to use. A/B registration page testing, which I'm already using. Webinar split testing, which I will do in the future. The help library is outstanding, but the support has been awesome! The speed at which they have gotten back to me has helped tremendously. Highly recommend.

Simple, Easy and Intuitive

Quick response meant goal achieved in a timely manner.

I was provided a quick turnaround with answers and clear explanations about what steps were taken to help me accomplish my goal.

It allowed me to keep moving forward on my project, rather than losing momentum waiting days for people to get back to me.

That's what good customer service is all about.

Elete Customer Service and Response!

Using StealthSeminar now for a few years and absolutely love how responsive and helpful their customer service is. Any questions or issues (very few) have been handled within a couple of minutes.

StealthSeminars Delivers The BEST In Support!

Tech support at StealthSeminars is extremely fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've told them it takes the angst out of wondering if you'll ever hear from support...we all know that feeling! It's not just tech support, but personal tech support. They deserve more stars than you have!

Great software with great live support chat

Stealth Seminar has been an absolutely great software to use for my webinars and intuitive and easy to set up. For those moments when you do need support though, their support team is absolutely fantastic with live chat with lots of patience (I'm not techy!). Definitely worth looking at Stealth if you are serious about your webinars.

Updated Review: They really do care...

It happens. You get someone on the other end of the support line who doesn't have the experience to know how to deal with your issue. That's what I experienced with my first experience with StealthSeminar, and it prompted me to leave a 1-star review.
What happened after that is what has had me adjust my rating.
Geoff (the founder) personally reached out to me after seeing my review and connected me with tech support who could assist in the issue (there was an actual problem that had to do with the country I live in having its IPs blocked by their hosting provider).
Here's the thing, everything can't always be 100% handled with perfection every single time, but what a company does when there is a 'breakdown' tells you everything about their integrity.
StealthSeminar's team has, and continues to, do what they can to resolve this issue and have been providing stellar customer services since.
It is for this reason I've increased my rating to 4-Stars.
I will update this rating as new information comes available. Right now, we're looking at how to resolve this issue.

ORIGINAL RATING:
Don't waste your time.
I signed up for StealthWebinar and had nothing but a bug-filled experience. From the point of sign-up and onward, their system failed every step of the way.
When I did eventually get access to the dashboard because of the sign-up failure I experienced, little things like thumbnail images weren't populating, but worse than that, their actual platform wasn't functional. I could not access pages. I could not preview pages, and so on.
So I jumped onto tech support and did follow their normal 'clear cache', try a different browser, etc. What I was told to do did not fix the issue. I used browsers that I don't typically use on my device and still had the same outcome. Chrome, Firefox, Safari. All the same issue.
I was then told that the only thing they can do is recommend what they did with clearing the cache or trying a different browser and because no other customers have had issues, and the accounts dashboard on their browser is working, there’s nothing they can do for me. I requested that a ticket be created to have the issue looked at further. The tech support representative reiterated that there was nothing left for them to be able to do for me and it must therefore be my computer. No ticket will be created to look into this further.
Here’s the thing, if you aren’t collecting tickets for issues being reported, how do you really know I’m the only one?
The platform was literally unusable for me with the bugs I experienced, so I had no other recourse than to cancel the account with the companies stance of refusing to investigate further.
Full Discloser: I am a certified automation consultant whose full-time job (for the past 10+ years) is to set this type of tech up for people all day long. Particularly for course creators. I have used other automated webinar platforms many times in the past, however, this was my first StealthSeminar experience.
I am used to platforms having the occasional issue - this is normal and par for the course. It happens.
Typically what would happen in this situation is I go through the motions of collecting information to help their developers troubleshoot the bug. This includes screenshots, screencasts, and other such details that help resolve these types of issues.
What’s not normal is the total lack of tech support available from this platform. Maybe they have great 'how to' customer "tech" support (I didn't get far along on this platform to experience this). But actual tech support for bugs is seriously lacking which is why I professionally recommend staying away from StealthSeminar.

We are the longest running automated webinar platform and would not be in business for over a decade with the clientele we have if what you experienced was the norm. My apologies again. StealthSeminar is the Bomb.com

StealthSeminar is the bomb.com! Their service is incredible and offers the feel of a live webinar even though you can automate it 100%!

One of the things that I love the most is they have an incredible support team. They are there like johnny-on-the-spot. They will even help you do coding in your clickfunnels account if you need help. I call on them regularly and they are amazing!

Possibly the BEST customer support I’ve ever seen!

I’m a new customer to Stealth Seminar and was shocked the Co-Founder (Geoff Ronning) called me to check in and make sure I was satisfied with the service… Wow! A month later Geoff replied back to me immediately as did Ken (one of Stealth’s support techs) who walked me through a solution to a tech issue (to a “non-techie”) I was having on my end. Their customer service and support is among the BEST I’ve ever encountered in ANY industry. These days, it’s refreshing to get immediate support from a team of people who really care about their clients.

This has been the best support service…

This has been the best support service I have received for an online platform. Trevor, of support, didn't wait for me to contact support. He was proactive and sent me an email with a personalized video introducing himself. Then whenever I needed support Trevor quickly responded and asked me to send pictures where he needed clarifications. I loved and found very helpful the short personalized videos on the steps I needed to resolve my issue. With this kind of support, my problems were quickly and efficiently resolved without the frustration and time-wasting I have experienced in other platforms.

Ridiculously Great Customer Service!

Awesome Product

We have been in the event space for about 13 years. Webinars for about 5. We have used pretty much every service out there and nothing compares to stealthwebinar. The options, the tools, the interface...it really is amazing. You can do almost anything with this product.

Outstanding in every way..

Outstanding in every way... from the user-friendly platform, customizable features, the high-converting templates, training, etc... everything is truly top-notch! I have no complaints. The service works better than expected. I find myself consistantly learning of new features that improve effectiveness. Best of all, it is great to know that your customer service is top notch. When ever I have an issue I simply open a chat window and often your team will offer to complete the tech tasks that resolve any challenge. Great service and platform!
