The site was very easy to use and understand what I was buying. I did accidentally click on the wrong test and paid for it, but customer service sorted it out for me the very next day and I was able to go get my tests done without any hassle. My only complaint is that the results were not as straightforward as I needed them to be. I have antibodies for a certain disease (aka I’m immune to it) so that showed up as “reactive.” I had to go to an Urgent Care doctor to have them explain that to me. I wish that there was an attached pamphlet that explained the results in layman’s terms. But overall I was incredibly pleased with the price I paid and the service I got!

The results were quick and relevant. They were a bit difficult to interpret, but they were designed for a doctor to look at, after all.

I got sent to a clinic location that no longer exists. I was able to go another one and get my tests done but it was hugely disruptive

I was super-happy with my testing process, all went smooth and discreet. There is a vast choice of clinics in my area, the staff at the clinic were professional and I received my results quickly as promised. I definitely recommend.
