Stayed with Hilton using Diamond status and honestly, the experience was very smooth. Got an upgrade without even asking, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were quite courteous and made me feel valued throughout. Breakfast was complimentary and had a good spread,even had a few veg options which I appreciated. I don’t travel as much these days, but it felt nice to still be recognised and get those small benefits that make the stay more comfortable. Overall, very satisfied.

Stayed at a few Hilton properties across Asia and the experience has been consistently smooth. As a Diamond member, I always got breakfast, suite upgrade and late checkout without needing to ask, The staff were polite and efficient

Can't believe that Wyndham Diamond ended up being super useful. I got upgraded to a nicer room at a Wyndham Grand without even asking, plus early check-in and late checkout were no problem. They also gave me a welcome snack and I earned more points than usual.

As a pair of retired couple, relaxing in resorts and enjoy life is always what we've been doing, However we wanted to try different brand and couldn't stay in our favourite Hyatt for so many nights, we purchased the explorist and looking to forward to upgrade to globalist by ourselves, really great and well mannered service from this website.

I flew from HKG to AMS using this Platinum Pro from American Airlines because they were both in One Alliance, got in the best lounge The Pier in HKG and they even have bathtub And A La Carte service, wonderful value.
