I normally don’t write reviews but, in this case, it’s an exception. This product, Statik 360 Pro, is flawless so far. I love the longer cord so, I can work on it still while it’s charging. The company has improved on the original charger which was exceptional in the first place, except for the magnet after some time fell off and it would not work properly after that. I waited until they offered a newer version and worked out the kinks. All in all a great product, awesome customer service and, I have already recommended it my family and friends which coincidentally have already ordered the same one as me. G.

I like the chargers that I received but some of the connectors won’t let your devices charge almost that they aren’t making a connection

The charger is charges the phone quick so it's very useful when you have little bit of time.

Wonderful company. Fast service. products work great. Only thing that should be mentioned is that their are different magnetic tops for the Statik Pro than the regular. Otherwise all is good.

This may seem strange but I truly Love my items and I also talk about them to everyone. My only thing is that the cable and power box change my phone Really Really Slow, my Snap and Charge works much faster I mean it's crazy but I'm so glad I got two snap and charge, I use them all the time except at night that's when I use my cable and power box! That I bought in dec. and the S,A,C that I bought in June. I will continue only using Statik!!! Thank You, DeVoraha Amos

I love the products...but recently I've had two (2) end magnets come apart from the ends of cables.

Service and the problem was rectified.

I have bought quite a few different things from Statik. In the beginning, months ago it was difficult because the person taking the orders would drop something’s off my order, hold on to other orders then put 3 orders and mix them in together. Very frustrating! Now it’s a lot easier. The items are coming quicker to my home.

I love the product. I only have one functional hand, and getting those conventional charging plugs in was always very difficult. The magnets are easy, peasy. Only two things I would like to see: 1) The spare attachment heads need to be in a closed container. They get stuck on the magnetic charging head and pulled from their little storage belt. Getting them pushed back thru the little slots is almost as difficult as trying to use conventional plugs for charging. 2) The charging time is longer than with a conventional plug. Speed that up.

product arrived swiftly looks good small and compact , just a minor technical problem small item missing so i emailed them stated my problem and they pretty much sorted it out on the spot ,they were sending me the missing part with no extra charge. so great product great service and exceptional customer service

Everyone has been very nice and very helpful. I’ve gotten a few different items like the cord that glows while it’s charging. When it doesn’t glow you know it’s charged. The magnet is so strong and easy to use. I have bought other things from them and would definitely buy from them again!

Honestly I'm not sure of the exact date of my latest purchase but I've used Staik for over a year and the latest order was sometime in June.
Besides having great products Statik is fast to respond to questions and in my case even gave me the best option to choose from.
This is not the first time I've dealt with this company and found delivery is fast, the product great and my only problem is that I've noticed that some cables don't work with some connector magnets as I've mixed a few up when replacing one that the dog snacked on.
I also have one of their take along rechargers and it too works well although I have misplaced mine a few times and am thinking about getting a second one as a spare.

I love your products... however you need to make it clearer on your website which products work with the Statik 360 Pro magnetic tips. It will save your customers needless frustration returning items that are not compatible.

Also, we need a mini charger that IS compatible with the Pro tips!

Having said that, I love everything I've bought so far!

I originally purchased a USB-A to USB-C cable for my wife’s iPad and was impressed by the cable’s flexibility and the ability of the cable to pivot and rotate around the USB-C’s magnetic plug that is inserted into the iPad’s charging port. So I purchased a convertible USB-A/C to USB-C cable for my own iPad (which had a USB-C charging block). I particularly like that the iPad’s charging port is protected from wear and potential damage due to inadvertent pulls on the cable since I primarily use my iPad with the charging cable attached to the iPad.

The cords and charging blocks are excellent, but customers service is almost nonexistent and getting the products delivered takes way to long.
