I've tried other shopping platforms in the past. This was the easiest to get set up and running. When I did have a question I emailed customer support and James got back to me within just a few hours and quickly explained how to do what I wanted. Amazing customer support. User-friendly. Affordable. What's not to love?

I decided to delete my account, no needed anymore. First thing, they have no button to delete an account, only by email support. That’s ridiculous!

Ok, I sent the email from registered email and mentioning that particular email address for dumbest!

Their response: Hi,

This is Reina with Stan 👋 Thanks for reaching out!

Just to confirm, would you like me to permanently delete your Stan store @example and all of its data? This means that all of your products and account information will be fully wiped.

If you'd like to move forward with deletion, please confirm the following for security purposes: • Phone number on file • Sign up Date • Address on file

Once you verify that information, I can proceed with the deletion!

I have provided all necessary information. A week after, my account is still alive, getting these annoying newsletters that I have canceled before. Today, I got another email:

Hi,

Elvin here with Stan — thank you so much for reaching out! I understand wanting clarity on your account status, and I’m here to help make this as smooth as possible for you 💜

Our Engineering team got back and before they can proceed with your request, I'll need to verify a few final details to ensure your account remains safe and secure. When you have a moment, could you kindly confirm the following:

Last four digits of the card used for your Stan subscription Birth date Address

Once I have this info, I’ll be able to move forward right away. I’ll be keeping a close eye out for your reply 😊

Stan Store, do you need my birth certificate and tax number? What is wrong with your system??

Withdrawn £4,766.85 from my account.

Over 2 months ago, stan sore (with help from Stripe) took £4,766.85 from my account with no explanation. I have been asking them for it but no explanation.

I can HONESTLY say I have never received customer service as positive as my experience with Stanstore! I had an issue with my account and I reached out for some assistance. Not only did I receive a response within AN HOUR but I was kept updated everyday! Even when there were no updates, they made sure to reach out so I knew they were still on it. They promptly sorted my issue and actually went into my account to rectify the problem on their end so I didn’t even have to lift a finger!! The website is also very easy to use and efficient. highly recommend :)))
