Technician HEMANT saveD the day
My company transferred all of its accounts from GoDaddy totable host and set up multiple email accounts for our employees through stable host. However, there were two email addresses from GoDaddy that did not get transferred properly and the name server was incorrect, but we did not find out for Two weeks and multiple phone calls and chats with both GoDaddy and stable host. No one was able to fix the problem until tonight. ChatGPT actually helped identify the problem, but then your staff member Hemant (his name) was able to change the name server from domain control.com to phx 31.stablehost.com. As soon as he did that the email accounts were able to send and receive the first time in several weeks. I think he should be commended. None of the other technicians I chatted with, was able to solve the problem. Thank you thank you

14 year customer, out the door...
I've been a customer of stablehost since 2011, that's 14 YEARS... They recently DOUBLED the price of my existing plan without notice. This is absolutely absurd to do with such a long standing customer. Customer service basically told me to go pound sand when I complained about it, so I'm migrating off their services right now. They claim 'unlimited' on everything but then limit you to 250k inodes, which is FAR less than other competitors such as Shockhosting which provide 1m inodes for their unlimited plan. Overall the bottom line is that the service is fine, customer service is absolutely horrendous and rude and their pricing is subpar at best.

Our Youth Service Org Recommends StableHost
