My company transferred all of its accounts from GoDaddy totable host and set up multiple email accounts for our employees through stable host. However, there were two email addresses from GoDaddy that did not get transferred properly and the name server was incorrect, but we did not find out for Two weeks and multiple phone calls and chats with both GoDaddy and stable host. No one was able to fix the problem until tonight. ChatGPT actually helped identify the problem, but then your staff member Hemant (his name) was able to change the name server from domain control.com to phx 31.stablehost.com. As soon as he did that the email accounts were able to send and receive the first time in several weeks. I think he should be commended. None of the other technicians I chatted with, was able to solve the problem. Thank you thank you

Vasil did a great job investigating my concern about a security hack. The cpanel always showed a user of 'John' but that was not me. It looks like somehow it got saved in my browser, so I am checking into that now.

I just troubleshooted with Mayur online and my issue was fixed! I am not a tech savy person and he was able to guide me easily and correct the issue. I am so relieved. I wasn't able to send or receive my emails for 2 days. Honestly, a live agent is so much better than A.I.

I've been a customer of stablehost since 2011, that's 14 YEARS... They recently DOUBLED the price of my existing plan without notice. This is absolutely absurd to do with such a long standing customer. Customer service basically told me to go pound sand when I complained about it, so I'm migrating off their services right now. They claim 'unlimited' on everything but then limit you to 250k inodes, which is FAR less than other competitors such as Shockhosting which provide 1m inodes for their unlimited plan. Overall the bottom line is that the service is fine, customer service is absolutely horrendous and rude and their pricing is subpar at best.

We are a free community service organization run by youth, so when we ran into issues after what should have been an easy WP update prevented us from even being able to diagnose the issue from our dashboard, we called our awesome host (StableHost) right away. They were quick, efficient, and pleasant! Mayur was able to get our site back up and running in minutes and identified the plugin causing the fatal errors.
We have already been asked to create a website for another business and have recommended StableHost, even after doing a comparison with the features provided by their existing paid "big guy" host.
