Do NOT work for this company

Do NOT work for this company! The SMIA department or any other. The pay is POOR, the commission structure is okay but that is IF they feed you good leads. They will Cherry Pick Agents and give those they choose the top tear leads but even with that, less than 50% of the enrollments stick. Then you have a bunch of charge backs and your conversion rate goes down. This company is unprofessional and rotten from the Top down... They are the sister company to is Select Quote and is just as bad
